Development Of Synthetic Building Blocks For Difluoromethoxy-substituted Arylboronic Acids

Difluoromethoxy group are important pharmacophorew that they have all the fluorine atom’s traits,which have been largely applied in medicine industry,pesticide industry,liquid crystal and other industry.Aryl boronic acid compounds also are an important class of organic synthesis intermediates,which have been widely used in the synthesis of C-C,C-N,C-O,C-S,etc.The target compounds have both difluoromethoxy characteristics and the nature of boric acid.So they are in very significance to research the series of products.Our group have exploited the 16targeted compounds,and their synthetic process routes,which have been commissioned by the Guizhou Wylton Jinglin Electronic Materials Co.Ltd..These products have market prospects.The targeted products are synthesized from some cheap and available raw materials,then they are derived from difluoromethoxy process,boron-based process.they are divided into Series A,Series B,Series C,according the different functional group.The synthesis routes of the final product have not been reported.To the products of C₂-C₁₂,which are new compounds,which have a market potential.We not only opened the synthetic route design of each of the target compound,and on the process conditions were optimized,the purity of all compounds were greater than 95%.The molecular structure of the targeted compounds had been confirmed by MS and 1H NMR and the purity of the targeted compounds had been measured by HPLC.
