| At present,the transmission line conductor used heat resistant performance is relatively poor,therefore,national power transmission network is limited transmission capacity,There is no doubt that research and development of high-performance heat-resisting aluminum alloy conductor material has significant social and economic benefits.This paper uses modern experimental methods of SEM、EDS and XRD,composite is studied quantitatively adding trace alloy elements B、Y、Zr、Cu,homogenization,solid solution aging,rolling technology on the microstructure,heat-resisting alloy performance,the influence of the electrical and mechanical properties.Explored the relationship between microstructure and macro properties,to obtain a new type aluminum alloy electrician round rod with high heat resistance,high electrical conductivity preparation technology,provides the theory basis for the preparation of high heat resistant aluminium alloy electrician round rod with high electrical conductivity.The experimental results show that: Add Y elements,heat resistance and mechanical properties are improved,the conductivity of first increased and then drop trend;Zr element with the Al matrix can be formed strong hot particles Al3 Zr phase,are dispersed in The alloy substrate,order grain boundary and dislocation under the high temperature,heat-resisting performance improved significantly.But the addition of Zr element will cause the deterioration of alloy electrical performance,so the heat resistant performance under the premise of qualified should try to reduce the content of Zr;The addition of Cu element can make the grain refinement,significantly improve the electrician round rod thermal and mechanical properties under the premise of less conductivity was reduced.Make the heat treatment for the as-cast samples with the best ratio of alloy composition,study the effect of homogenization on alloy heat resistance,electrical and mechanical properties,After repeated experiments,It is concluded that the best preparation technology “350℃×16h+60% of rolling deformation processing” the comprehensive performance of high heat-resistant aluminum alloy electric pole produced is: electrical conductivity is 60.9%IACS,tensile strength in room temperature is 146 MPa,230℃ by 1 h after annealing treatment,the intensity of survival rate is 92.5%,. |
