Abstract/Summary:
Changes in the global environment and the rapid development of cities have brought about a reconsideration of human-earth space and human-centered form.The public security issues brought about by COVID-19 have brought more new challenges to urban planners.The construction of high density blocks in Jinan brings many environmental problems in the process of urbanization.The high density block interface reduces the space for air circulation.At the same time,the mountainous environment of Jinan endows the mountainous area with unique microclimate environment characteristics.The climatic characteristics of high temperature in summer and haze in winter directly affect people’s daily life quality.As an important research content of urban microclimate,wind environment plays an important role in haze diffusion,heat island effect elimination,outdoor thermal comfort improvement and other aspects of Jinan high-intensity development near mountain blocks.Physical environment simulation and quantitative response to design principles are important content of spatial form control and control of nearby mountain blocks in the follow-up.Taking the Hanyu Jingu block in Jinan as the research object,the data measured by wind speed and wind environment simulation platform building method,coupling analysis of wind environment and block morphological index,quantitative control in the form of blocks of three parts as the main research content,in order to construct Jinan typical mesoscale,high density near the mountain block form of regulatory control law for research purpose intensive research.The details are as follows:Firstly,the measured wind speed data and the wind environment simulation platform construction method were established: the mountain elevation and building height of the blocks were obtained through the water channel micro-map software,and it was concluded that the blocks’ space features of medium scale and high density were presented in the Hanyu Jingu block.The wind speed data at pedestrian height of the Hanyu Jingu block were measured by thermal sensitive AR866 Xima anemometer.The wind environment data were obtained based on the wind speed measurement and relevant meteorological standards,and the CFD computer simulation technical method was used,and Autodesk CFD software was used as the research platform.In this thesis,the construction of simulation model,surface wrapping,simulation parameter setting and grid generation are summarized,and the calculation results of the wind environment near the ground of blocks are obtained.Secondly,the coupling relationship between the morphological index and the wind environment of the Hanyu Jingu block is analyzed: on the basis of the wind environment simulation and measurement,the characteristics of the measured data are analyzed,the simulated data and the measured data are compared and analyzed,and the scientificity of the analysis of the simulated data is revised.The difference between the sum and the measured data,using the thinking of urban planning and the method of quantitative control,studies the coupling relationship between the block form index related to the wind environment and the absolute wind speed,and proposes that the airflow permeability and the interface blocking rate are closely related to the wind environment.The two block form indicators are used to study the coupling relationship formula between the form index and the wind environment index,which provides a basis for the quantitative control and control of the block form.Thirdly,the regulation and control rules for the shape of the Hanyu Jingu block are initially constructed: the form control is carried out from the three scales of blocks,neighborhood and street building,forming a composite shape control based on the additional drawings of the controllable detailed planning,constructing wind corridors,guidance and control rules for wind valleys and wind tunnels.Focus on the research on the control and control mode in the case of new blocks,control the oblique wind corridor space from the southwest to the northeast,and consist of quantified wind corridor module space.The form control of the space system at the block scale includes the control of the corridor space,open space and block height.The control of the space interface form at the block scale includes the control of the building height and construction scope in the typical air corridor module space and the space at the street scale.The control of the layout form includes control elements such as the general plan design of the building,the combination of building groups,and the building volume and shape in the typical wind gallery module space.
