Nanomaterials,with their unique novel properties,have been extremely mature applications in various fields such as electronic devices,aerospace,photoelectric catalysis,energy storage devices,biomedicine,textiles,machinery,and environmental protection.Based on the above applications of nano materials,the cognition of nano theoretical basis will be effectively promoted through the exploration of the synthesis,microstructure and low dimensional properties of nano materials.The practical application of nanomaterials in various fields will also be broadened.In this paper,In2O3,Pr0.5Sr0.5Fe O3 and La0.25Pr0.25Sr0.5Fe O3 nanofibers were prepared,and the microstructure and electromagnetic transport properties of the above materials were studied and analyzed systematically.The second chapter mainly studies the electromagnetic properties of indium oxide semiconductor nanofibers at low temperatures;the third chapter studies the material science and electromagnetic properties of PSFO and LPSFO nanofibers,as well as the analysis of the transport mechanism,and compares the relative analysis of several materials difference.The main research contents are as follows:1.The structure,electromagnetic properties of In2O3 prepared by electrospinning were systematically studied by using a comprehensive physical property measurement system.Resistance studies have shown that indium oxide nanofibers have significant extrinsic effects.Magnetic studies have shown that indium oxide has obvious positive and negative magnetic resistance competition and transformation during temperature change.The conduction mechanism can be described using Mott's variable range hopping conduction and the weak localization effect,where the dimensions of the conduction model are all in three dimensions.2.The PSFO and LPSFO nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning and subsequent calcination,and their morphology,structure and electromagnetic transport properties were studied systematically.In the electrical test,we tested the temperature-dependent resistance curves of PSFO and LPSFO nanofibers and found the metal-insulator transition.Under semiconductor behavior,the electronic conduction model in the system can be described by Mott's variable-range jump model.And it conforms to the one-dimensional model;magnetic studies have shown that both PSFO and LPSFO nanofibers exhibit ferromagnetism,but the doping of La element in the system will increase the ferromagnetic ratio of the sample,and also lead to the decrease of the overall magnetic properties of the material.
