Brain computer interface(BCI)is a revolutionary human-computer interaction technology that decodes the user's intention of nervous system changes,it can supplement,repair,enhance and even partially replace human normal neural function.In many fields,it has broad application prospects.Emotion research is one of the current popular research directions.Negative emotions affect one's life and work.In the research of emotion regulation,an emotion brain-computer interface based on functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)is introduced,which can monitor and regulate individual emotion accurately in real-time.Based on the emotional brain-computer interface of fNIRS,this paper introduces aerobic exercise and motor imagination,realizes the regulation of individual negative emotion,and initially develops a system platform for online monitoring of emotional changes,which realizes negative emotion and positive emotion.Better classification and monitoring.The main contents of this paper are as follows(1)This study used fNIRS brain imaging technology to monitor and evaluate aerobic exercise and imagination to regulate emotion.Before and after aerobic exercise and motor imagery,30 subjects were scored with the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI)and emotional state(POMS),and then with oxyhemoglobin(oxygenation).Hemoglobin(HBO),deoxyhemoglobin(HBr),and total hemoglobin(HBT)concentration changes and their average calculation,calculate the left and right frontal lobe HBO concentration change rate;using the Spearman correlation coefficient to calculate the correlation between the two groups of average score changes,blood oxygen concentration changes.(2)Based on study 1,this paper adds the steps of emotion feature extraction and emotion classification extracts various features commonly used in emotion recognition and compares random forest(RF)with deep belief network(deep belief).Network,DBN)to study the classification performance of different classification algorithms,proposed an online emotion recognition framework,and initially developed an online emotion recognition system.(3)This paper designs an experimental paradigm of aerobic exercise and motor imagery to regulate negative emotions.The results show that aerobic exercise and motor imagination can promote the production of positive emotions,but the effect of aerobic exercise is greater than that of motor imagination.Aerobic exercise and motor imagery strategies can provide new references for emotion regulation.The purpose of this study is to establish an online real-time monitoring and evaluation system of aerobic exercise based on fNIRS to provide ideas for emotion regulation.
