Laser melting deposition technology uses a high-energy laser beam to quickly melt the coaxially transported powder, then quickly cool and stack it layer by layer to realize the three-dimensional forming of the material. It has been widely used in various fields such as aviation, aerospace, metallurgy, models and medical equipment.316L stainless steel has the advantages of good biocompatibility, low cost and excellent corrosion resistance, and has been used in the fields of medical scalpels, implanted bones and joints and hydraulic systems. However, there are individual differences in the implantation of bones and joints, and the implants that match the patient need to be customized according to each person's needs. The scanned model is sliced layer by layer through laser melting technology.Compared with the traditional melting, casting, cutting technology to prepare implanted parts,it can greatly save time and greatly reduce the material cost.However,316L stainless steel has been in a state of wear for a long time in various applications, and its wear resistance requirements are more stringent. It is meaningful to extend the service life of 316L stainless steel and improve the wear resistance of 316L stainless steel. In addition,316L stainless steel will also face the problem of corrosion in the long-term application.Combined with the advantage of copper to improve the corrosion resistance of metal materials, the laser melting deposition technology is used to prepare CFs/copper reinforced 316L stainless steel, and its anti-wear and corrosion resistance behavior is studied. The main results obtained are as follows:The influence of process parameter on the microstructure and wear resistance of carbon fiber reinforced stainless steel was explored. The study found that during the laser melting deposition process, alloying elements such as Cr,Fe and Ni in 316L stainless steel interact with the added carbon fibers to form M23C6,which is evenly distributed among the?-Fe/?-Fe dendrites to induce part of?-Fe transforms to?-Fe,strengthening 316L stainless steel. As the scanning speed increases, the wear resistance of carbon fibers reinforced 316L stainless steel first increases and then decreases.Among them, when the scanning speed is 12 mm/s,the wear performance of carbon fibers reinforced 316L stainless steel is the best, and the wear resistance is increased about 25.3%.The corrosion resistance of copper-containing 316L stainless steel in different corrosive media(0.9 wt%NaCl,0.15 M HCl and 0.5 M H2SO4)and the semiconductor properties of the surface passivation film were studied. The results show that in the 0.9 wt%NaCl solution, the corrosion resistance of 316L stainless steel with a copper content of 1.5 wt%and 4.5 wt%is better than that of 316L stainless steel. However,as the copper content increases, the corrosion resistance of stainless steel becomes worse, and the corrosion resistance of stainless steel with a copper content of 7.5 wt%is the worst. In 0.15 M HCl solution, the corrosion resistance of copper-containing 316L stainless steel is better than that of 316L stainless steel. As the copper content in the stainless steel increases, the corrosion resistance first increases and then decreases. The copper content is 4.5 wt%of 316L stainless steel has the best corrosion resistance. In the 0.5 M H2SO4solution,as the content of copper in 316L stainless steel increases, the corrosion resistance becomes better. When the copper content reaches 7.5 wt%,the polarization resistance resistance value is the largest, and the corrosion resistance of stainless steel is the best.
