Freshwater resources are essential for humans,but their content is very short in the world.Reverse osmosis desalination is one of the important methods to obtain fresh water.Most of its power input is high-pressure pump.It consumes a lot of power,and the energy adaptability is weak.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a new type of power system based on the free piston Stirling engine and the hydraulic free piston engine to provide power for reverse osmosis desalination.This paper takes the designed reverse osmosis desalination power system as the research object,establishing the dynamic model of the piston assembly and the thermodynamic model of the Stirling engine.Analyzing the movement law of the piston assembly and the influence of external parameters on the movement law of the piston assembly.Based on the adiabatic model,calculating the output power and output power of the power system.Analyzing the influence of different parameters on the output power and output power of the power system.And the design of the power system for practical application.The subject research content is as follows:Firstly,designing the Stirling free piston reverse osmosis desalination power system.Designing the free piston Stirling engine according to the rated power and other conditions.Obtaining the dimensional parameters of the main structures such as regenerator,heater,cooler,power piston and gas distribution piston.Secondly,taking the piston assembly in the power system as the research object.Building a dynamic model of the piston assembly.And establishing a thermodynamic model for the Stirling engine.The gas chamber and compression accumulator on both sides of the piston assembly are equivalent to "gas spring".Getting the motion law of the piston assembly.And analyzing the influence of different parameters on the motion law of the piston assembly.Finally,based on the adiabatic model,Establishing a thermodynamic model for the Stirling free piston reverse osmosis desalination power system.Calculating the volume change,output power and output power of each cavity in the power system.Calculating the loss of pumps and pipelines.Finally,finding the actual output power.Analyzing the influence of related parameters on output power and output power.And the designed Stirling free piston reverse osmosis desalination power system is put into practical application.
