The paper mainly uses photoelectric conversion technology and pulse peak hold technology to modularize the laser wavelength detection circuit,which is divided into two modules: photoelectric conversion circuit and peak detection circuit,and analyzes its circuit principle and design process in detail.According to the theoretical design method described in this article,the S5971 photodetector is used to convert the optical signal to the electrical signal,the OPA695 is used to amplify the electrical signal,and finally the two-channel operational amplifier ADA4817 is used to collect the signal peak value.Finally,through the test of the circuit board,the relevant waveforms and relevant data are collected and the data is processed and analyzed.In this paper,by observing the waveform diagram of the two-stage peak-hold circuit,it is found that the voltage of the first-level peak-hold circuit is maintained well,the duration is about 10 microseconds,and the voltage of the second-level peak-hold circuit does not drop.Through the difference of the input light intensity,collecting the voltage data of the two-pole peak hold circuit,the analysis found that the voltage resolution can reach 1m V?2m V,the noise is less than 0.5 m V,and the wavelength detection accuracy better than 1pm is achieved.Compared with traditional laser wavelength measurement spectrometers and wavelength meters,this circuit has simple structure,convenient operation,and meets the requirements of various indicators,providing technical support for the detection and adjustment of laser wavelength of the single-photon ranging system.
