Folic acid is a vitamins,Folic acid plays a great role in human health and can act on many aspects of our body.For example,the healthy development of embryos and the prevention of cancer cells are directly or indirectly related to folic acid,but each ton of folic acid needs a lot of water.With the mass production of folic acid,a large number of folic acid wastewater with high organic concentration,high salt content,high chroma and poor biodegradability were produced in the process of folic acid production.Two strains of high efficiency folic acid wastewater were domesticated and selected from activated sludge in aerobic tank of Changzhou Xinhong Pharmaceutical Chemical Technology Co,Ltd.YS-2,named strain YS-1 and strain respectively.Through the observation of strain morphological characteristics and miobial identification,The YS-1 of the strain was determined to be Bacillus magnolia(Byssochlamys spectabilis),The strain YS-2 was Penicillium pseudopenicillium(Paecilomyces sp.).The optimum growth conditions were studied by spectrophotometric turbidimetry,YS-1 results showed that the most suitable medium was the modified Martin medium,The appropriate temperature range is 30℃~35℃,The optimal initial pH range is 2.5~4.5,Best rocker speed 180 r/min,YS-1 salt tolerance,At 0.5%salinity,It is inhibited at 4%salinity but can grow well.YS-2 the most suitable medium is the improved Martin medium,The appropriate temperature range is 30℃~35℃,The optimal initial pH range is 2.5~4.5,Best rocker speed 180r/min,YS-1 salt tolerance,Growth at 1%salinity is best at 4%salinity.This paper studies the effect of COD and YS-2 treatment of folic acid wastewater by investigating the degradation rate of ammonia nitrogen and aniline,Comparison YS-1,Single Species YS-2,of single species YS-1:YS-2(1:1),of Mixed Species YS-1:YS-2(1:2),of Mixed Species Effects of mixed strain YS-1:YS-2(2:1)on the treatment of folic acid wastewater.Research shows that,At an initial pH of 2.5,At 35℃,At a speed of 140 r/min,Mixed strains YS-1:YS-2(1:1)the most capable of degrading COD、NH3-N and aniline,COD has reached93.89%,NH3-N degradation rate reached 89.53%,The degradation rate of aniline was 83.33%.While all kinds of strains degrade COD、NH3-N and aniline,both strain YS-1and strain YS-2 can produce alkaline substances,neutralize acid substances in folic acid wastewater,The water quality of folic acid wastewater after miobial treatment can meet the discharge requirements of industrial sewage treatment plant. |
