Tunable semiconductor laser,as an important wavelength tunable laser light source,which has the advantages of small size,high reliability,low energy consumption and low wavelength tuning speed.It has extremely important research value in the field of sensing testing.In order to bring into full play its own performance,the drive software and control circuit performance in control system has played a key role.Tunable semiconductor lasers need modular demodulation instrument which has anti-electromagnetic interference,excellent environmental adaptability,and can easily assemble in the practical application of the sensor modular,however,which is lacking of laser control system design for engineering oriented application environment.In order to solve the reliability and durability of semiconductor lasers in sensor engineering applications,this paper is aimed at the actual demand for fiber grating sensing demodulation,and studies the wavelength tuning,temperature control,power control.Tunable semiconductor laser makes a revise according to the size of the injection current,controlling the temperature of the silicon grating to adjust the wavelength of semiconductor lasers,and ultimately realizing modularization.The experimental results show that the constant current source circuit can work normally and stable,the output current change rate is 1m A / 0.01 V,the driving current and the output power have good linearity,it can stably drive the semiconductor laser;and the temperature control system temperature fluctuation is very small,When the laser operating temperature is 30 ?,the maximum temperature fluctuation is 0.09 ?,which meets the experimental requirements;Under the control of these modules,the semiconductor laser can work normally and the tuning range is very large,from 1550.3667 nm to 1553.4305 nm,a total of 3.0638 nm,which meets the needs of some fiber grating sensor demodulation applications.
