In recent years,along with the tennis athletic talents in our country in the world at large events made a certain progress,colleges and universities as a lifelong physical education,the national fitness and development of sports industry in our country talents pool,the role is crucial,as tennis ball more practice that is commonly used in teaching practice,to improve the level of tennis athletes technology has a certain influence.However,due to the influence of the innovation of tennis technology and the development of students’ technology,the conventional multi-ball practice method in multi-ball practice is relatively simple and lacks flexibility.This puts forward new demands and challenges to the special teaching of tennis in colleges and universities,and requires them to make targeted modifications to the practice methods in the special teaching process of tennis,so as to create a variety of more convenient and effective multi-ball practice methods as teaching skills to stimulate students’ sports motivation,so that students can establish a lifelong sports awareness.Therefore,how to look for further improving the overall tennis athletes technology and rich teachers to carry out more ball practice of tennis teaching,the exploring different ball more practice method,the application effect in the tennis teaching,explore the different from the traditional tennis special many goals in the process of teaching practice of advanced teaching methods become a top priority.In this paper,the application of combined multi-ball practice method in the special teaching of tennis in colleges and universities is taken as the research object,and a total of 36 students from two special classes of tennis are taken as the experimental objects.The special teaching experiment of tennis is carried out for two months with 32 class hours.Body shape indexes such as height and weight were selected.Second level frog jump,1 minute rope jump,throwing the medicine ball,4*10 meters return run,half meter word run and other physical indicators;Forehand technique,backhand technique,volley technique,high pressure technique and service technique etc.According to the basic technical classification of modern tennis,tennis technique of forehand,backhand,smash and high pressure,serve the main organic combination of the basic technology of various composition unit increment of practice and in turn the forehand combination more ball exercises,backhand combination practice,interception combination ball exercises,high-pressure composite ball exercise and serve on the Internet more practice,And with the help of literature method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method and other research methods,combined with the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development,tennis skills formation rules and tennis technology application characteristics,designed a set of combination of multi-ball practice syllabus to carry out tennis special teaching.At the same time,through the teaching experiment,the practice and application effects of the conventional multi-ball practice method and the combined multi-ball practice method in the special teaching of college tennis are analyzed and studied experimentally,and the following conclusions are drawn:1.It can be seen from the experimental results that the combination multi-ball practice method and the conventional multi-ball practice method have significantly improved students’ physical qualities such as endurance,speed and agility in the special teaching of tennis,and the combination multi-ball practice method has a large improvement range.2.The combination multi-ball practice method is of substantial help to the improvement of students’ tennis skills.The combination of multiple balls and various tennis skills will have different practice effects in the special teaching of tennis.3.The combination multi-ball practice method has an obvious promotion effect on the completion of the integrity of tennis technical movements in the special teaching of tennis,and the combination multi-ball practice method can enable students to complete the whole technical movements faster and more accurately under the circumstances of being forced or under pressure.4.In the process of tennis special teaching and sports skills learning,the reasonable use of combination of multi-ball practice can maintain students’ interest in sports for a long time,and help students to master a whole set of sports skills from easy to difficult and from simple to complex. |
