Research On The Integration Of Minimum Wage In Yangtze River Delta

The minimum wage system is an important system to protect the laborer employment,One of the important indicators of regional economic development is the minimum wage standard.At present,the Yangtze River Delta strategy has become a national strategy,Regional economic development to a new stage of higher quality development,The same minimum wage standard in the region can promote the free and reasonable flow of labor force,which plays a key role in the development of labor market in the Yangtze River Delta region.However,the difference of minimum wage system in different administrative regions directly affects the level of regional minimum wage and hinders the integration of regional minimum wage.Therefore,further study of regional different areas of the minimum wage regulations,to explore the regulation of the minimum wage to make and execute strategy,It has important application value to promote the integration development of minimum wage in Yangtze River Delta.This paper focuses on the development of minimum wage in the Yangtze River Delta region,using the theory of survival wage and labor market integration,using the analysis method of literature and empirical research,discusses the paper from five aspects.Firstly,the paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the integration of minimum wage level in the Yangtze River Delta region.This paper combs the current situation of the minimum wage system,the characteristics and the level of the minimum wage in the Yangtze River Delta region,and probes into the situation of the minimum wage level in the Yangtze River Delta region from the vertical and horizontal aspects;Secondly,using the long triangle area 27 cities in recent years,the minimum wage standard,social wage level,economic development level index,build quantitative models,the Yangtze river delta regional integration of the minimum wage level measurement.Comb again,the influence factors of minimum wage standard research and the theoretical basis,to the influence factors of the Yangtze river delta regional integration of the minimum wage empirical analysis;Thirdly,combing the relevant research and theoretical basis of the influencing factors of the minimum wage standard,Based on this,this paper analyzes the factors that promote and restrict the integration of minimum wage in Yangtze River Delta;Fourth,on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical research,it puts forward the realization path of minimum wage integration in Yangtze River Delta region;Finally,according to the requirements of the realization path,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the integration of minimum wage in the Yangtze River Delta region.The study found that: the Yangtze river delta region in the minimum wage is differ,the standard changes generally low,relatively slow;The unbalanced development of minimum wage in Yangtze River Delta region exists in "three provinces and one city",and also exists in different cities in the same province,or even in different districts in the same city;The measurement standards are unscientific and inconsistent with the average wage level and the level of economic development;The frequency of adjustment is not standardized and clear.If the total year meets the national requirements,it is adjusted at least once every two years,but the total month of the adjustment interval is over.The connotation of the minimum wage standard is not unified.Among them,the minimum wage standard in Zhejiang includes social insurance,while the governments of Shanghai,Jiangsu and Anhui clearly stipulate that the minimum wage does not include social insurance.
