The study of the education welfare guarantee mechanism for children accompanying the migrant population in mega-cities is based on the in-depth promotion of China’s development strategy to promote educational equity,the obvious trend of "family-oriented" population mobility and the accelerated urbanization process.Studying the education and welfare guarantee mechanism for the children of migrants has important theoretical and practical significance for actively promoting the coordinated development of compulsory education in mega-cities,promoting urbanization in an orderly manner,and promoting the fairness of compulsory education.From a micro perspective,the thesis focuses on the education and welfare of the children of floating population in mega-cities,sorts out the current situation and existing problems of the education and welfare of children of floating population in mega-cities,and analyzes the impact on the education and welfare of children of floating population in mega-cities.,Discussed the construction of the education and welfare guarantee mechanism for the children of the floating population in mega-cities.Through theoretical and empirical analysis,the paper believes that the bottleneck of the equitable access to education and welfare for the children of migrants in mega cities lies in the low quality of education received by the children of migrants,the lack of cohesion in education,and the difficulty of integrating the children with the local education system.Combining with the actual status of mega cities,construct an evaluation index system for the fairness of education and welfare of children of migrants in mega-cities,and use structural equation model(SEM)to analyze the path and influence of guaranteeing equity of education and welfare of children of migrants in mega-cities factor.The research results show that family capital with economic capital as the main variable significantly promotes the improvement of education equity for children with migrants,and family capital with cultural capital as the main variable significantly increases the possibility of participation by parents of children with migrants.Family capital with cultural capital as the main variable has greatly increased parents’ educational expectations.Parental participation has an intermediary effect between the family capital and the education equity of the accompanying children,and this intermediary effect has a negative and significant impact on the education equity of the accompanying children.Parents’ educational expectations also have an intermediary effect on family capital and the educational equity of the accompanying children.This intermediary effect has a positive and significant impact on the educational equity of accompanying children.The children of migrants in mega-cities still have fairness problems in education and welfare,and the active participation of parents can help improve the education and welfare of children who are migrants.In view of this,the thesis from a micro perspective,the key to improving the equity guarantee mechanism for the education and welfare of the children of migrants in mega-cities lies in the government’s leading role in improving education-related planning.The diverse social entities provide educational assistance and strengthen families.School cooperation to improve the quality of family education,increase the educational level of parent participation,and help establish a good family atmosphere.
