With the rapid development of knowledge economy and information-based education,traditional learning methods can no longer meet the learning needs of learners.Driven by technology and network technology,mobile fragmented learning has emerged as a new learning method,it Chosen by the public.Fragmented learning has many advantages:rapid knowledge update,wide spread,and flexible learning time and place.However,fragmented learning also brings many challenges to learners.It is manifested in the fact that the acquired knowledge and information are trivial,the learner’s learning attention is reduced,the thinking is fragmented,and the cognition is one-sided.The effects of fragmented learning are not easy to achieve the expected results.Target.In view of the current situation of fragmented learning,the participation of personal knowledge management is urgently needed to effectively organize one’s fragmented knowledge and improve the efficiency of fragmented learning.At present,there are some tools for knowledge management on the market,but these tools simply classify and store knowledge information and complete part of the process of knowledge management.It is not easy for learners to establish a knowledge system and realize knowledge exchange and innovation.This paper is guided by the practical needs of learners,supported by constructivist learning theory,relational learning theory,and knowledge transformation theory,and uses natural language processing technology and small program development technology to cultivate learners’ personal knowledge management ability and improve fragmentation.With the goal of improving learning efficiency,a system for personal management of fragmented knowledge has been designed and developed.This system combines the method and theory of personal knowledge management with the learning characteristics of college students,and realizes the complete basic process of knowledge management,that is,learning resources.The acquisition,storage,integration(construction of personal knowledge system)and sharing and communication functions meet the needs of college students’ personal knowledge management and promote the cultivation of students’ self-knowledge management ability.In the preliminary work of system design,the research object of this study is determined to be college students,and took the knowledge management of "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Practice" as a research case,and used the questionnaire survey research method to issue and retrieve 428 valid questionnaires.Through data analysis,the actual needs of learners have been further grasped,paving the way for the design and development of the subsequent system.Finally,the experimenters were selected to use the system for two months.The practical results show that the system can effectively help learners to learn fragmented learning,build a personal knowledge system,cultivate learners’ personal knowledge management ability and improve the efficiency of fragmented learning.The expected research objectives were achieved.
