In the collective competitive project of basketball,in addition to the development of athletes ’technical and tactical ability,we should also pay attention to the improvement of some non-technical ability in psychology.The cultivation of athletes’ psychological ability is the focus of research in the field of competitive sports today.With the high development of competitive sports,athletes ’competition and training has gradually entered the critical stage of maturity,so whether they can get a better competition and training experience and form a good interpersonal communication level is crucial in the cultivation of athletes’ psychological ability.Self-efficacy is the direct feeling of competitive ability acquired by athletes,and interpersonal communication is the solution to resolve conflicts and keep vitality.These two important variables will affect the performance of athletes and the level of interpersonal communication will directly affect the competition performance and future development.Taking the basketball players of the 2021 "Yuanda Meile Cup" men’s basketball league in Sichuan Province,this paper investigates the relationship between self-efficacy,interpersonal communication and performance of Sichuan men’s basketball players,and draws the following conclusions:(1)There are no significant differences in self-efficacy among men’s basketball players of different ages,different field positions,different places of residence,and different levels of education,but there are significant differences in self-efficacy among men’s basketball players of different sports technology levels,different training years,and whether they are the main players of the team.The self-efficacy level of first-level basketball players is higher than that of second-level basketball players than the self-efficacy level of non-level basketball players;In terms of training effectiveness,basketball players with 3-6 years of training years are higher than basketball players with more than 6 years of training years than basketball players with less than 3 years of training years;In terms of game effectiveness,basketball players with more than 6 years of training years are higher than basketball players with 3-6 years of training years than basketball players with training years of less than 3 years,and the higher the training years of basketball players,the higher the efficiency of the game;The main basketball player is better than the non-main basketball player in terms of game effectiveness.(2)There are no significant differences in interpersonal communication between men’s basketball players of different sports technical levels,whether they are the main athletes,different places of residence,and different field positions,but there are significant differences in interpersonal communication among men’s basketball players of different ages,different training years,and different education levels.In terms of age,the interpersonal communication level of basketball players over the age of 30 is higher than that of basketball players aged 30-26 years,which is higher than that of basketball players aged 25-21 years old than the interpersonal communication level of basketball players under 21 years old.In terms of training years,the interpersonal communication level of basketball players with more than 6 years is higher than that of basketball players with 3-6 years is higher than that of basketball players with less than 3 years;At different levels of education,the interpersonal communication level of basketball players with bachelor’s degree and above is higher than that of basketball players with college and specialties than that of basketball players in high school and below.(3)In the correlation analysis of self-efficacy,interpersonal communication and competition performance,it is concluded that the competition effectiveness and training effectiveness are positively correlated with interpersonal communication;The sense of competition effectiveness and training effectiveness are positively correlated with the competition results;Interpersonal communication was positively correlated with competition performance.(4)In the regression analysis of self-efficacy,interpersonal communication and competition performance,it is concluded that the competition effectiveness,training effectiveness and interpersonal communication in self-efficacy are all positively correlated with competition performance.(5)In the analysis of the mediating effect of self-efficacy,interpersonal communication and competition results,it is concluded that self-efficacy can not only directly predict competition results,but also predict competition results through the intermediary role of interpersonal communication,so interpersonal communication plays an intermediary role between self-efficacy and competition results. |
