The Research On College Students Labor View And Its Guiding Strategy Under The Influence Of Network Culture

The labor view is the people to the labor basic view and the viewpoint,it is the people world view,the life view and the value view important constituent.The correct view of labor helps to guide people to form a positive attitude towards labor and put into labor.As an important social group,college students’ correct labor concept is not only beneficial to the realization of individual value,but also to the development of the country and society.However,with the high popularity of the Internet,more and more bad-oriented culture is prevailing in the network,impacting the college students’ Labor concept,which has a certain impact.In order to guide college students to set up correct labor concept under the impact of network culture,it is necessary and feasible to study the existing problems of college students’ Labor concept from the perspective of network culture.This research is based on Courtes Lewine’s "gatekeeper" theory,Marxist labor view and cultural norm theory,and combined with the related theories of the characteristics and forms of network culture,on the basis of theoretical research,this thesis investigates 346 college students by questionnaire and interview,and studies the current situation of college students’ Labor View under the influence of network culture.This study investigates the influence of network culture on college students’ Labor concept from three aspects: the concept of work noumenon of college students under the influence of network culture,the concept of labor meaning of college students under the influence of network culture and the concept of labor spirit of college students under the influence of network culture,to understand the current situation and problems of college students’ Labor concept under the influence of network culture,analyze the causes of the problems and try to put forward guiding strategies.By analyzing the current situation of college students’ Labor concept,the following problems are found in college students’ Labor concept under the influence of network culture: College students are confused about the connotation and form of labor;College students’ view on the personal meaning of labor tends to be utilitarian and negative;college students’ view on the social meaning of labor is one-sided;The negative influence of network culture is more significant for some college students’ view of labor.According to the existing problems of college students’ Labor concept under the influence of network culture,this thesis probes into the causes of the problems,and obtains the concrete causes: the unhealthy-oriented values are spread wildly through the network;The educational system of Labor View in colleges and universities is not perfect and lacks of the times;the neglect and dilution of labor education in primary and middle schools:the parents’ Labor education idea and education mode are not appropriate.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the problems and causes,the thesis puts forward the strategies of guiding college students to establish correct labor concept under the influence of network culture:constructing the check mechanism of network culture,strengthening the education of Marxist labor concept in college;On-line,on-line and off-line work together to promote the construction of campus labor culture;to carry out labor education in line with the times and the characteristics of students;and to provide parents with opportunities to change their labor education concepts and practice.
