| The implementation of the task of standardization is of far-reaching significance to promoting the comprehensive coordination of economy and society in the field of sports.At the same time,the national standardization reform provides power and basis for deepening the work of sports standardization.In order to implement the outline of "healthy China" 2030 plan and the national fitness plan（2016-2020）,and implement the guidance of the general office of the State Council on accelerating the development of fitness and leisure industry,the General Administration of sports and other nine departments jointly issued and implemented the action plan for supporting social forces to hold large mass sports events such as marathon and bicycle（2017）,It can be seen that the development of marathon is of great significance to promote national fitness activities.In recent years,various marathon events across the country have shown blowout development.At the same time,runners have higher and higher requirements for service types and service quality.In the process of volunteer service in marathon events,the standardization of volunteer service will become an indispensable and important means to improve service quality and efficiency.In this context,the research on the standardization of volunteer service in marathon events is of far-reaching significance to improve the service quality of Marathon events and the standardization and standardization of services.Using the research methods of literature review,expert interview,Delphi,questionnaire and case analysis,this thesis collects and arranges the relevant data of Marathon volunteer service standardization at home and abroad in recent years,which involves the construction of Marathon volunteer service standardization index system.According to the theoretical framework of China’s Guide to service standardization,and extensively consult the index literature of Marathon volunteer service standardization,screen the constituent indicators of Marathon volunteer service standardization,including three primary indicators: service basic standard,service provision standard and service evaluation standard,service terminology,service classification,service personnel,service environment,service process,service satisfaction The service quality evaluation consists of 7 secondary indicators and 24 tertiary indicators.Through the data from the questionnaire survey,this thesis analyzes the current situation of China’s marathon volunteer service in three aspects: basic service standards,service provision standards and service evaluation standards,and draws the following conclusions: in China’s marathon volunteer service,the service classification and service content are relatively clear,and the service personnel are mainly high-quality college students and young volunteers,However,in the voluntary service,there is a strong randomness in the organizational structure of voluntary service;There are shortcomings in the standardization of medical voluntary service;The measures such as mobilization and recruitment,on-the-job training,supervision and guarantee in the service process are lack of unified process and standardization;The standardization of policy guarantee is not enough;Fuzzy evaluation feedback standardization;The standardization level of archival information management information is not high,and there is a certain gap with the standardization of volunteer service in marathon.In view of the problems encountered in the process of voluntary service standardization,this thesis analyzes the influencing factors such as low attention of the government,unclear management responsibilities of service organizations,lack of attention to the standardization of emergency management services,imperfect long-term service mechanism,lack of standardization of operation process mechanism,unscientific resource integration information,and draws lessons from the practical experience in the development of excellent marathon voluntary service at home and abroad,Combined with the Enlightenment from practical experience,in view of the problems existing in China’s gold medal marathon volunteer service,this thesis puts forward to strengthen the standardization of volunteer service organizations,strengthen the allocation of medical security groups,cultivate volunteer service standardized talents,establish a unified standardized closed-loop management mechanism,innovate volunteer service standardized incentive feedback mechanism,implement effective guarantee mechanism,and speed up the standardization of volunteer service effect Promote the construction of information standardization of voluntary service organizations.In order to improve the quality level of Marathon volunteer service in China and realize the standardization,specialization and longterm of Marathon volunteer service in China. |
