| Research background:With the gradual improvement of social and economic conditions,the quality of life of the public is also enbanced,and people’s demand for sports is gradually increasing.At present,the state strongly supports the sports industry,which makes the sports training market develop vigorously,especially the basketball training market.Therefore,understanding the basic situation of the basketball training market and studying the factors that influence the development of the basketball training market are of great significance to the long-term healthy development of the youth basketball training market.Research content:This study first explains the definition of youth basketball training,and through the basic situation of youth basketball training market in Huaibei City,combined with qualitative analysis,makes a detailed analysis of the main internal strengths,weaknesses,external opportunities and challenges in the development of youth basketball training market in Huaibei City.At the same time,through quantitative analysis by AHP,the overall strategic quadrilateral of market development is established,which provides reference for the development strategy of youth basketball training market in Huaibei City.Methods:Taking ten youth basketball training institutions in Huaibei as research samples,this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the youth basketball training market in Huaibei by using the methods of literature review,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey,SWOT analysis,AHP analysis and on-the-spot investigation.Conclusion:A series of development strategies put forward by studying the problems in the youth basketball training market in Huaibei City are of great significance to solving the practical problems and improving the sports training industry standards.The results show that the factors influencing the development strategy of youth basketball training market in Huaibei City are,in descending order,the relevant national policy support for sports industry,diversified business models,students’ strong interest in basketball,the influence of sports variety shows,the professional level of coaches,the improvement of consumption level,the influence of climate,students’ mobility,high parental support,uneven distribution,low basketball training expenses,broad market prospects,lack of full-time coaches,fewer curriculum models and customers.It is suggested that the development strategy of youth basketball training market in Huaibei City should mainly focus on the aggressive strategy of internal advantages and external challenges,and give full play to the internal advantages of training institutions to weaken the external challenges.At the same time,it is necessary to optimize marketing strategies,build brand training courses,improve the government’s regulation of basketball traihing market system,enrich publicity methods,broaden enrollment channels,improve venues and facilities,improve the professional level of coaches,and establish youth characteristic basketball leagues. |
