Analysis On Influencing Of Competitive Strength Of High-level Badminton Team In Jiangsu Province

In order to improve the overall competitive strength of high-level badminton teams in Jiangsu Province,Accelerate the reform pace of badminton sports in colleges and universities,Jiangsu Provincial Sports Bureau stressed in the 14th Five-Year Plan of Jiangsu Sports development to further improve the infrastructure construction level of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities,Improve the guarantee system for high-level athletes in colleges and universities,This series of policies will promote the further development of the university badminton program in our province,However,the development of the competitive strength of high-level badminton teams in Jiangsu province is restricted by various factors,Therefore,it is necessary to analyze its constraints from multiple levels and angles,Cooperate with the government,universities,society and other parties to jointly promote the development of the competitive strength of high-level badminton teams in Jiangsu Province.Competitive strength:（1）In the universities nationwide,Nanjing University of Finance and Economics won the third place in the first and B men’s doubles,and Suzhou University of Science and Technology won the sixth place in the men’s team A.However,in recent years,it has not entered the top four in the national university competitions,and its competitive strength has declined.（2）Among the universities in Jiangsu Province,Nanjing University of Finance and Economics has the strongest competitive strength,followed by Suzhou University of Science and Technology and Southeast University.Impact factors:Through the factor analysis,the factors that affect the competitive strength of high-level badminton teams in Jiangsu province are generally divided into five systems,ranked by the weight and importance,namely:learning and training,staffing,logistics support,sports team management and university badminton policy.（1）Learning and training:learning and training still exist,which hinder the enthusiasm and effect of athletes.Most athletes are not highly aware of the importance of learning,which affects the development of their comprehensive quality and hinders the sustainable development of the team in the future.（2）Personnel allocation:The enrollment quality of high-level badminton teams in Jiangsu Province is worse than that of excellent provinces and cities,the talent echelon is not perfect,and the professional quality of the coaches is high,but the job training opportunities are insufficient.（3）Logistics support:The infrastructure of colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province can meet the daily training activities of athletes,but the reward policy and system is not perfect,and the subsidy intensity is insufficient,so various channels need to be opened to increase the capital investment of sports teams.（4）Sports team management:Colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province have clear planning goals,but all departments lack the overall planning for the sports team,and generally adopt collaborative management to facilitate the development of the team,but there are some unstable factors.（5）University Badminton Policy:There are fewer types of university badminton competitions in Jiangsu Province,and athletes lack the opportunity to participate in competitive competitions,which is not conducive to healthy competition and maintain a good competitive state.It is necessary to improve the competition system and promote the improvement of high-level athletes’ sports skills.
