Study On The League Competition Management Mechanism Of Shanghai College Students Campus Football League

In 2019,the Outline of Building a Strong Sports Power proposed to "enhance the comprehensive strength of competitive sports and enhance the ability to win glory for the country",emphasizing the need to " promote the organic integration of the youth competition system and the school competition system." The organic integration of the two in the important performance of the football program is the development of the campus football program.At present,campus football has become an important link to strengthening the construction of healthy China and football construction in China.As the center of China’s economy,transportation,science and technology,finance and trade,Shanghai began to explore the campus football work as early as 2012,and began to hold the Shanghai College Students Campus Football League every year.However,in the current development of Shanghai college students campus football league organization construction of "tube no" phenomenon,unreasonable operation mechanism,weak feedback mechanism,insufficient publicity work,discipline supervision mechanism and external publicity work lag,leading to the development of Shanghai college students campus football league competition management mechanism of shackles,the great impact on the development of Shanghai campus football.In this case,how to put the reform of the competition management mechanism to promote the sustainable development of Shanghai College Students Campus Football League league has become an important problem facing Shanghai Campus Football League.In the competition management mechanism of Shanghai Campus Football League,the literature data method,case study method and comparative research method study the current situation of league competition management data.Using the system management theory,the competition management mechanism of Shanghai College Students Campus Football League is regarded as a system,composed of five subsystems: organization construction mechanism,operation mechanism,supervision mechanism,feedback mechanism and external publicity mechanism.Explore the correlation between the five subsystems and their components,and the analysis of each separate system,found that the Shanghai college students campus football league league competition management system of functional personnel selection process is not perfect,league schedule design and publicity,league discipline supervision mechanism is not perfect,league professionalism to be improved.On this basis,we learned the successful experience of Beijing University Campus Football League,PAC-12 Football League and Japan Kanto University Football League,and give relevant suggestions on the development of league competition management mechanism according to the characteristics of Shanghai University Campus Football League.The development of the league competition management mechanism of Shanghai University requires reasonable organization,improve the ability of the league management and execution subject;improve the competition system setting,improve the fluency of the operation mechanism,strengthen the feedback work,improve the guidance of the feedback mechanism;optimize the discipline supervision,enhance the authority of the league;innovate the publicity method,and expand the visibility and influence of the league.
