| Football is one of the most popular,widely developed and influential sports among young people.Football spirit can well stimulate students’ sports enthusiasm.In order to ensure its healthy and stable development,the popularization and promotion of football among young people is crucial,which is the primary task of campus football.The fun generated by football will be brought to the campus,the football spirit and culture will be passed to students,students will understand the sportsmanship through football,this spirit will affect their life and work,it can also enhance their personality charm and expand the student group who really enjoy football game in college.This study uses literature research method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method and SWOT-PEST matrix analysis,these methods were used to investigate the current situation of campus football in 15 colleges and universities in Shanxi Province.Deconstructing the Strengths,Weaknesses,Opportunities and Challenges of the football development of colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,Integrating the Political,Economic,Social and Technological external macro environment,it has been constructed a 4×4analysis model of football development in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province.The followings are the research conlusion:（1）At present,football in colleges in Shanxi Province has gained relatively comprehensive coverage.All colleges carry out campus football,and all have a certain audience.（2）There are certain restrictions on the development level and quality of college football in Shanxi Province at present.（3）Football teachers in colleges generally have rich teaching experience,but the structure of academic qualifications is unreasonable.The number of certificated football coaches is low.Because the reward policy is out of order,the enthusiasm of participating in the football theory research is not enough.（4）In the current colleges and universities which daily training management is lacking in football teams,limited venues,short training period and imperfect management mechanism;The scale of football competition is small,the competition system is not perfect,the competition level is unreasonable,the competition level is low,and the participants are limited.（5）Source of college football funds are single in source mode and mainly depend on school allocation,which leads to insufficient investment in football development of some colleges.Funds management is unclear,football field is insufficient,effective utilization is low,and equipment purchase management is not standardized. |
