With the rapid development of China’s economy,the sports industry has also entered a stage of rapid development.As an important part of the sports industry,all kinds of sports training industry is developing rapidly and has become a "sunrise industry" with great growth potential.Under this background,the badminton training market in Guiyang city has also developed rapidly,and various badminton training institutions have mushroomed.In this paper,using literature method,questionnaire and mathematical statistics method,using the SCP analysis framework of badminton training market in Guiyang city,aimed at analyzing its market structure,market behavior and market performance,on the basis of mutual relations between the proposed to promote the development of Guiyang city standard badminton training market countermeasures and Suggestions,provide a reference for the development of the practice.The main conclusions are as follows:First,badminton training institutions in Guiyang are small in scale.Most of them belong to small and medium-sized institutions,while there are few large institutions with wide distribution.Secondly,the concentration degree of badminton training market in Guiyang city is not high.According to the analysis of industry concentration degree,it belongs to the low-oligopoly □ market structure.According to the HHI index standard,it belongs to the low-oligopoly □structure,which is characterized by a large number of training institutions,and each training institution occupies a small market share.Third,the entry barrier of badminton training market in Guiyang city is high,while the exit barrier is low,which is an industry with less profit and less risk.Fourth,there is little difference in the products of badminton training institutions in Guiyang.Most badminton training institutions are engaged in the same sales and operation,and the training courses are single.Singles training courses are the main sales products promoted by all institutions.Fifth,under the influence of the existing market structure,badminton training institutions in Guiyang usually adopt low price strategy or promotion strategy to compete for market share.In terms of non-price behaviors,organizations adopt word-of-mouth marketing,experiential marketing and advertising strategies to obtain potential students.Sixth,the production allocation efficiency of badminton training institutions in Guiyang is high.The degree of satisfaction of students in the badminton training market in Guiyang is as high as 93.3%,and the profit of training institutions is mainly small.There is still a lot of room for development of badminton training institutions in Guiyang in terms of product quality and technological progress,and the training institutions still need to be improved in terms of training competitive talents.Seventh,through improving the threshold to enter the market,carrying out win-win cooperation,improving the teacher management system,constantly innovating market behavior and other countermeasures and suggestions to promote the standardized and orderly development of Guiyang badminton training market.
