Research And Implementation Of School Repair Reporting System On Mobile Terminal

With the advancement of educational informatization,the number of multimedia equipment in schools is increasing day by day.At present,the network repair reporting system used by the school only realizes the simple collection of repair reporting information,does not combine with equipment management,and has some disadvantages,such as repeated repair reporting,complex audit and failure rate of equipment statistics,which can’t meet the needs of repair reporting management of the school.Therefore,the design and development of a repair application system that meets the needs of the school has profound practical significance and wide application value for the school’s equipment management.Taking an experimental middle school of a middle school as the background,this paper analyzes the development and current situation of the repair reporting system,and finds that due to the differences of the repair reporting process of each school,there is no repair reporting system fully applicable to the school.By combing the repair reporting process of the school,we can get the development mode and related technologies suitable for realizing the repair reporting system.Analyze the functional and nonfunctional requirements of the school repair application system on the mobile terminal,design the functional modules of the system in detail according to the demand analysis,and use the designed technical scheme to realize the system.The front-end interface of the system is realized by We Chat applet,the back-end interface of the system adopts Think PHP framework to realize business functions,and the data storage adopts My SQL database.The trial operation results of the system show that the newly developed system has the characteristics of simple operation,good user interface design,good use feeling,complete function and reliable performance,and has achieved the expected design goal.The implementation of the school repair application system on the mobile terminal simplifies the school repair application process,effectively improves the work efficiency of repair application,well meets the needs of the school for repair application management,realizes the informatization of school repair application management,saves human and material resources for the school,creates higher value and ensures the development of teaching activities.
