With the creation of a new situation in the development of sports and the construction of a new pattern of national fitness,the construction of China’s sports power has accelerated,and various sports in the society have flourished.In recent years,as a leisure sports item,roller skating has been more and more loved and respected by teenagers.With the rapid growth of roller skating clubs at all levels,the team of Roller Skating Coaches has also developed rapidly.As social service talents,coaches’ professional level affects the competition results of athletes.Therefore,coaches have gradually become an important strategic resource of the club in the development of sports.It is the most important thing for the coach management to study the problems faced by the coach management of Xi’an City Roller Skating Club and seek the strategies to solve the problems.This paper selects the coaches of 10 roller skating clubs in the main urban area of Xi’an as the research object,and comprehensively investigates the current management problems and Strategies of Roller Skating Coaches in the main urban area of Xi’an by using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and interview.From the theoretical perspective of human resource management and development,this paper studies the basic situation,management status,existing problems and management strategies of Roller Skating Coaches,Put forward to optimize the management strategy of Roller Skating Coaches,and draw the following conclusions:1.Most coaches have no sports skill level;There are few high-level coaches,most of the coaches below the intermediate level have technical grades,and there are a certain proportion of coaches without certificates.2.Most coaches’ recruitment and selection methods rely on peer introduction,with low admission threshold and a little "human" color;The club has no overall planning reserve system for coaches.3.Coach training times are few and time is short;Single training form;The training system is not systematic and professional;The training contents are basic and lack of external training.4.The coaches’ salary is low and the team mobility is high;It is not conducive to the long-term development of coaches,students and clubs.5.The coaches’ teaching lacks normativeness.The coaches do not teach according to the plan,but arrange the teaching content according to the teaching class,and the teaching progress is more random.6.The assessment mechanism for coaches tends to be formalized,no assessment guidance document has been issued,and managers rely only on subjective assumptions.Based on the above conclusions,the following recommendations are made:1.Combined with the characteristics of the main urban area of ??Xi’an,club managers adhere to the "going out" thinking and policy,and set up coaches’ technical grade and sports technical grade awards to improve the coaches’ own competitiveness.2.The club should expand the channels for the recruitment and selection of coaches,adopt the "school + enterprise" cooperation model;introduce policies and measures for the introduction of feasible coaches,and recruit excellent coaches in various ways.3.Industry associations establish industry self-discipline mechanisms,make industry plans,strengthen and improve a scientific and reasonable training,assessment,and promotion system;integrate coaches’ personal information files,create an information sharing service platform,improve industry service standards and improve industry access systems.4.The club actively explores the social security system for coaches;implements the "capable people do more work" approach,treats work as a career,cultivates coaches’ professionalism,stimulates work morale,and prevents coaches from being lost.5.The club formulates a standard system of teaching guidelines for roller skating coaches to provide high-quality teaching services;build a coaching team,encourage coaches teamwork,and develop brand courses.6.Establish an evaluation mechanism of "morality","ability","intelligence" and "achievement";Create the title of "Gold Coach","Silver Coach" and "Bronze Coach" and define the career plan of coaches;Establish an open and transparent assessment system to provide a good assessment and promotion environment for coaches.
