The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the problem of development must ultimately be solved by development.The same is true for the development of social sports.In order to achieve better and faster development of social sports,the ultimate goal is still to focus on the development of social sports itself.The establishment of the social sports guidance and management major reflects the social needs of the current social sports professionals.With the rapid development of social sports,the problems have gradually emerged,namely,the disconnection between education and teaching and social needs,and the disconnection between majors and occupations.Through a survey of the status quo of colleges and universities offering social sports guidance and management majors in Jilin Province.The training model for sports professionals in Jilin Province is not entirely oriented towards professional needs,nor is it sufficient to meet the needs of employers for sports professionals.The training target is not accurately positioned,the curriculum system lacks practicability,the construction of the teaching staff has the problems of lack of teachers of the profession,the students’lack of employment awareness,and the students’ lack of professional understanding.By consulting literature,designing and issuing questionnaires,interviews with experts,etc.,conduct surveys and researches on colleges and universities that have established sports professional guidance.The results are analyzed and compared,and the current problems in the current training situation are the inaccurate positioning of training goals,the lack of practicality of the curriculum system,and the lack of teachers in the professional team,the weak employment awareness of the students,and the low degree of professional understanding of the students.In view of the above problems,the targeted optimization strategies are summarized as follows from a career-oriented perspective:1.In response to the inaccurate positioning of the training target,it is incorporated into the target optimization strategy,In the process of grasping the training direction and conforming to the law of demand,the training target is positioned and finally realized the talent training with career orientation as the demand.2.In view of the lack of practicality of the curriculum system,it is incorporated into the target optimization strategy,and the curriculum system is set and developed to achieve rich technical courses-highlight professional characteristics-strengthen practical ability.3.In view of the construction of the teaching staff,the unbalanced allocation of teacher resources is incorporated into the system optimization strategy,the employment system is implemented,the cooperative teaching is actively carried out,the training-assessment system is established,and the professionalism of teachers is strengthened.4.In view of the weak employment awareness of students,it is included in the evaluation optimization strategy,and the new evaluation system is used to establish an evaluation system for individual differences.Colleges and universities can conduct evaluation and surveys of employment awareness according to students of different stages,different grades and different ages,after a fixed cycle After that,the same group was evaluated and surveyed again,and the current situation of student employment ideology in the emergence stage was summarized through the comparison before and after.5.Students have a low degree of professional understanding and are included in the evaluation optimization strategy,it is mainly aimed at the employment of sports graduates,the curriculum system of schools that have opened sports guidance majors,and the cultivation of professional demand-oriented guidance ability.Regular evaluation surveys are conducted on students in three aspects,to fully understand the students’ cognition of the profession,and conduct integrated analysis based on the regular evaluation surveys of students.
