Objective: To use surface em G to test the force order of subjects’ upper limb muscles and the change of the integrated EMG value of muscles,and analyze the size of muscle contribution rate and activation degree of relevant muscles in each stage of spiking process,and explore the difference of related muscles involved in sports during spiking.The results were as follows: 1)Air volleyball 2-3 meters between the line spike pre-swing stage,the integrated EMG values of the posterior cord of deltoid muscle,erector spine muscle and biceps brachii muscle were 23.06μVs,22.18μVs and 21.26μVs,respectively;In the hitting stage,the integrated EMG values of external oblique muscle,biceps brachii,pectoralis major,anterior deltoid and erector spine were 39.64μVs,29.96μVs,29.12μVs,28.24μVs and 28.16μVs,respectively.The em G values of biceps,deltoid and erector muscles were 24.99μVs,24.36μVs and 19.28μVs,respectively.The integrated EMG values of external oblique muscle,latissimus dorsi muscle,biceps brachii muscle and erector ridge muscle were 37.92μVs,31.52μVs,30.62μVs,30.35μVs and29.24μVs,respectively.2)Air volleyball 2-3 meters between the line spike pre-swing stage The order of muscle power was anterior cord of deltoid(0S),posterior cord of deltoid(0.03s),external oblique(0.08s),trapezius(0.11s),erector spine(0.12s),latissimus dorsi(0.13s),biceps brachii and flexor carpi radialis(0.21s),rectus abdominis(0.26s),triceps brachii(0.30s)and radial wrist Extensor muscle(0.31s),pectoralis major(0.56s);The batting phase,The order of muscle power generation was external oblique and extensor carpi radialis(0.04s),pectoralis major and flexor carpi radialis(0.07s),posterior cord of deltoid(0.09s),latissimus dorsi(0.11s),rectus abdominis(0.15s),anterior cord of deltoid(0.16s),erector spine(0.17s),trapezius(0.19s)and triceps brachii(0).21s),biceps brachii(0.25s).3 meters line outside spike pre-swing stage,The order of muscle power was trapezius(0.02s),posterior cord of deltoid(0.06s),erector spine(0.07s),anterior cord of deltoid(0.12s),latissimus dorsi(0.13s),flexor carpi radialis(0.22s),extensor carpi radialis(0.31s),rectus abdominis(0.32s),external oblique(0.34s)and biceps brachii Triceps brachii(0.35s),pectoralis major(0.54s);The batting phase,The order of muscle power was external oblique,extensor carpi radialis(0S),pectoralis major(0.02s),rectus abdominis(0.04s),deltoid anterior tract(0.05s),latissimus dorsi(0.08s),biceps brachii(0.10s),flexor carpi radialis(0.11s),erector spine(0.13s),trapezius(0.22s)and triceps brachii(0.27s),deltoid posterior tract(0.33s).3)Air volleyball 2-3meters between the line spike pre-swing stage,the contribution rates of the anterior deltoid muscle(14%),posterior deltoid muscle(14%),trapezius muscle(14%),biceps brachii muscle(11%)and pectoralis major muscle(10%)were higher than 10%.The contribution rate of triceps(17%),posterior cord of deltoid(14%),anterior cord of deltoid(13%),pectoralis major(13%)and biceps(11%)was higher in the stroke stage,with the contribution rate exceeding 10%.In air volleyball,the anterior deltoid,posterior deltoid and pectoralis major muscles are the main forcing muscles.3 meters line outside spike pre-swing stage,deltoid toe(17%),after the deltoid muscle bundle(12%),the trapezius muscle(12%)and biceps(12%),and other muscles contribution rate is higher,hitting stage,pectoralis major(14%),triceps(14%),deltoid toe(13%),after the deltoid muscle bundle(12%),the trapezius muscle(11%)of the contribution rate is higher.The anterior deltoid muscle,posterior deltoid muscle and trapezius muscle are the main forcing muscles in air volleyball spiking.4)The activation degree of external oblique muscle,latissimus dorsi muscle,biceps brachii muscle and trapezius muscle were 42.60%,40.46%,39.94% and 39.79%,respectively,during the pre-swing stage of spike in front row of air volleyball.The activation degree of latissimus dorsi muscle,external oblique muscle,trapezius muscle,posterior cord of deltoid muscle and anterior cord of deltoid muscle were 47.20%,44.91%,44.83%,44.25% and 42.16%,respectively.3 meters line outside spike pre-swing stage,the activation degree of external oblique muscle,trapezius muscle,pectoralis major muscle,latissimus dorsi muscle and erector spine muscle was higher,which were 45.27%,44.04%,43.86%,43.68% and 43.46%,respectively.The latissimus dorsi muscle,external oblique muscle,erector spine muscle,trapezius muscle and rectus abdominis muscle had higher activation degree,which were 47.37%,46.32%,44.83%,44.55% and 44.52%,respectively.Conclusion: In different stages of the whole spiking movement,the muscles involved in the action are different in the integral em G value,the order of power generation,the contribution rate and the activation degree.In sports practice,we should carry out targeted exercises according to actual needs.actual needs. |
