| The ideological and political education of university students is of great concern to the Party and the state,and it is an educational undertaking that concerns the growth and success of young university students,the prosperity of the national society and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Since 2019,the novel coronavirus pandemic has broken out and quickly spread around the world,and up to now it has not yet been able to be well controlled.The spread of the epidemic has brought great impact on the study,life and employment of university students,and posed a serious challenge to the education management and ideological and political education of university students.Under the situation of epidemic prevention and control,strengthening the research on the ideological and political education of college students,and exploring how to solve the real problems of college students under the special situation and how to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students are both of practical significance and theoretical value,which can provide reference for the ideological and political education of college students under the special situation.In the case of epidemic prevention and control,social management are closely related to the education and management of students and the ideological and political education of college students.Both social management and the ideological and political education of university students have common characteristics such as strong policies,strict discipline requirements,joint participation of all staff and consistent government leadership.Therefore,in order to strengthen the education and management of university students and improve their ideological and political education,we can learn from the experience and practice of social management and improve it by combining it with the actual situation of universities.According to the questionnaire survey of 1,353 university students and in-depth interviews with more than 20 university students and ideological and political education workers,combined with my own observation and analysis,the problems of ideological and political education of university students under the epidemic prevention and control are as follows:from the perspective of educational environment,it is the great fluctuation of the epidemic public opinion;from the perspective of educational method,it is difficult to carry out the ideological and political education in the cloud;from the perspective of educators,their comprehensive quality needs to be improved;from the perspective of educatees,their daily life is deeply affected;and from the perspective of daily management of the school,the organization and management is slow to adapt.To further improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students,it is necessary to adhere to the principles of direction,subjectivity,efficiency,practicality and humanistic care according to the changes of the situation of ideological and political education of college students.Firstly,optimize the environment of ideological and political education of college students.Secondly,improve the internal management system of colleges and universities.Thirdly,strengthen the value guidance for college students.Fourthly,effectively resolve the shortcomings of online education.Fifthly,the education standard of teachers should be continuously improved.Sixthly,guide students to strengthen self-regulation and self-education.Seventhly,achieve the organic connection among school,home and community.Through the adoption of the above strategies,the educational management of college students can be strengthened and the ideological and political education of college students can be done well. |
