Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ View Of Struggle And Happiness In The New Era

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important discussions on "struggle" and "happiness",forming a rich concept of struggle and happiness.The concept of struggle and happiness is the fundamental view and viewpoint of happiness that people produce on the basis of struggle.College students are the new force of the new era and the main force of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The university stage is the key period for the formation of the world outlook,values and outlook on life of college students.Therefore,it is urgent and significant to strengthen the research on the cultivation of the concept of struggle and happiness of college students in the new era.Based on the thought of struggle and happiness in The excellent traditional Chinese culture,the happiness view of the Classic Marxist writers and the Chinese Communist’s discussion on struggle and happiness,this paper combs the scientific connotation of struggle and happiness view.It holds that the scientific connotation of the concept of struggle and happiness is a systematic exposition of five basic questions: "why to struggle","who to struggle","for whom to struggle","how to struggle" and "struggle purpose".Starting from the four dimensions of happiness cognition,happiness goal,happiness means and happiness evaluation,this paper conducted a field survey on the current situation of college students’ happiness view in 6 universities in Qingdao by questionnaire survey and interview.SPSS26.0statistical analysis software was used to make statistics on the results of the survey.Guided by the problems existing in the concept of happiness and struggle of college students in the new era,specific cultivation paths were proposed.The results show that the current situation of college students’ happiness view in the new era shows positive performance on the whole,and most college students can correctly recognize,perceive and obtain happiness.However,there are still some problems such as superficial cognition of happiness,fuzzy goal of happiness,lack of fighting spirit and weak sense of happiness.This is mainly because the role of the main channel of college cultivation is not fully played,the impact of the adverse social environment,the problems of family education and college students’ growing environment,physical and mental conditions are different.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the guiding role of school education,strengthen the cultivation goal of struggle and happiness view,enrich the cultivation content of struggle and happiness view,and innovate the cultivation form of struggle and happiness view.Second,we should optimize the social environment,strive to create a social atmosphere of "happiness comes from struggle",vigorously promote socialist core values,and build a fair and just system.Thirdly,to play the basic role of family education,parents should establish a correct view of happiness,update the concept and way of family education,family and school cooperate with each other to form a resultant force.Finally,it is necessary to strengthen the self-education of college students,pay attention to self-study and labor practice,self-cultivation of moral character and will quality,establish a firm ideal and faith and a good attitude,so as to guide the new era of college students to establish a view of struggle and happiness.
