| The national vocational education reform implementation plan points out that it is necessary to adapt to the development needs of "Internet + vocational education",use modern information technology to improve teaching methods,and establish and improve the quality evaluation,supervision and evaluation system of vocational education.In order to scientifically evaluate teachers’ teaching level,improve the learner centered vocational school teaching evaluation system and promote the reform of vocational education evaluation methods,this paper takes the information-based teaching classroom in secondary vocational schools as the research object,takes the classroom observation of information-based teaching in secondary vocational schools as the research content,and designs the classroom observation scale tool with the characteristics of information-based teaching in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of teachers’ professional development or students’ learning improvement,Big data technology is used to support the collection and statistical analysis of observation data.With the help of professional classroom observation technology,action research is carried out for the information-based teaching classroom in secondary vocational schools to explore the information value of classroom teaching data and form a scientific classroom observation scheme for information-based teaching in secondary vocational schools.Specifically,the paper mainly includes the following aspects:First of all,consult the relevant materials of classroom observation research,conduct literature analysis,interpret the theories of classroom observation at home and abroad in detail,analyze the principles and methods of classroom observation,and sort out the current research results of classroom observation.Secondly,it investigates the secondary vocational schools in Y City,designs the questionnaire and tests the reliability and validity,and studies the current situation and problems of information-based teaching classroom observation of secondary vocational school teachers in Y City by means of questionnaire and interview.On this basis,combined with the current mature classroom observation theory and education and teaching principles,effectively combine the qualitative and quantitative methods,design the classroom observation scale tool with the characteristics of information-based teaching in secondary vocational schools,and constantly revise and improve the observation scale after three cycles of development,inspection and maturity.Thirdly,carry out the action research of classroom observation,apply the developed classroom observation scale to practice,combined with big data technology to assist the intelligent collection and statistical analysis of observation data,mine the data value and test the effect of classroom observation.Finally,summarize the research results of classroom observation,summarize the design principles and methods of classroom observation scale,and form a scientific classroom observation and evaluation scheme of information teaching in secondary vocational schools,so as to provide ideas for promoting the reform of teaching quality evaluation of the deep integration of information technology and intelligent technology into the whole process of school teaching management.The research shows that the combination of big data technology and classroom observation can mine more valuable information,effectively improve the scientificity and professionalism of classroom observation,and promote the integrated development of information technology and vocational education teaching evaluation reform. |
