| In 2015,China State Council proposed the guidance on promoting the "Internet plus" action,pointing out: "encourage Internet enterprises and social education institutions to develop digital educational resources according to market demand and provide network education services." Under this background,education and training enterprises based on new technologies have sprung up.According to the data from China Ministry of Education,the number of private education providers has increased25% from 20,104 in 2013 to 25,064 in 2018,including more than 100 large enterprises with annual revenue of more than 1 billion RMB.For enterprises like R education group,they are facing the double challenges of market competition and efficiency optimization.This paper takes the human resource management mode of R education group as the research object,analyzes the business data and human resource management data of the enterprise in recent years,uses the data index comparative analysis method,analyzes the current situation of the human resource management mode of R education group,and combs the existing problems of human resource recruitment and allocation in the human resource management mode,low efficiency of human resource development and incentive mechanism failure,and weak coordination between modules.Therefore,under the guidance of the theory of Devanna human resource management mode,combined with the information technology application,R education group built an information-based human resource management mode.Finally,R education group use network real-time interaction technology,artificial intelligence technology and big data technology to solve the existing problems and provide comprehensive solutions to human resource management problems. |
