A Study On Protection And Inheritance Of Zhuang’s Spring Cattle Dance Of Shilong Town In Guiping City

The Spring Cattle Dance of the Zhuang ethnic group in Guiping City is an excellent folk sports activity,a splendid culture created by the Zhuang people in the course of their productive work.However it is at risk of being lost.The author inquires about the literature records related to Spring Cattle Dance,and finds that there are only a handful of records.Through the methods of literature,field research,interviews and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the origin and development,cultural ecological environment,cultural characteristics and functional value of Zhuang’s Spring Cattle Dance from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage,finds out the factors restricting the inheritance and development of folk sports of Spring Cattle Dance and discusses the protection and inheritance innovation of Spring Cattle Dance,aiming to make contributions to the protection and inheritance of Zhuang Spring Cattle Dance.The results of the study show that:（1）The Spring Cattle Dance of the Zhuang ethnic group is a folk sport activity that integrate cattle dance,mountain songs and juggling,which expresses the Zhuang people’s desire for a good harvest and their longing for a happy and beautiful life.（2）With its unique fitness and entertainment value,the Spring Cattle Dance can meet the needs of the general public in ethnic minority areas and is also suitable for teaching in local primary and secondary schools to enrich the teaching content.（3）The current form of protection for the dance is not very superficial and does not go far enough.In the process of inheritance,it faces problems such as the lack of reserve personnel,conflicts with modern sports,the destruction of the ecological environment and the lack of cultural awareness.To revitalize the Spring Cattle Dance in the new era,protect and pass on this excellent traditional culture,Here are some suggestions:（1）Implement a digital conservation model for the Spring Cattle Dance to facilitate the sharing of resources and establish a cultural and ecological reserve for the Spring Cattle Dance to foster cultural self-awareness among the general public.（2）Strengthen theoretical research on the Spring Cattle Dance.Academics should take on greater responsibility and experts in the field of sports,anthropology,folklore and sociology should carry out diversified research on the Spring Cattle Dance,in the purpose of working together and making contributions to its preservation and transmission.（3）Introduce the dance to local ethnic secondary schools for heritage purposes,as its sporting value can meet students’ needs for fitness and recreation,and make the "bull" can be a means of educating people.
