The construction of preschool teachers is closely related to the quality of preschool education and plays a vital role in the development of preschool education.In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to the construction of preschool teachers,but there are still many problems.Therefore,how to strengthen the construction of preschool teachers has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this study,the analytic hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to construct an evaluation index model for shenyang public kindergarten teachers,and the influencing factors were classified,designed,the expert questionnaire was issued and the judgment matrix was obtained,and the weight of each evaluation index and the composite weight value were calculated.The evaluation data of shenyang public kindergarten teachers were collected through questionnaire survey,and normalized calculation was carried out in combination with the weight of evaluation indexes.The comprehensive score of shenyang public kindergarten teacher team construction and the score of each evaluation index were obtained.The results show that the following problems exist in the process of the construction of public kindergarten teachers in Shenyang: the teacher access mechanism and training evaluation system is not perfect,the salary and welfare treatment is not perfect,the teacher management system is not complete.Based on the research perspective of public management,the following solutions are proposed: improve the entrance threshold of Shenyang public kindergarten teachers and build a complete training system;Increase the investment of shenyang public kindergartens,improve the salary of teachers;Improve shenyang public kindergarten teacher management system,improve the rules and regulations. |
