This is not only the "ideological and political theory class" aimed at improving the penetration of moral education in physical education.The effectiveness provides a reference for the innovative penetration and specific practice of ideological and political education in physical education.At the same time,it is of great significance to the in-depth development of physical education reform in the new era.According to the concept of "curriculum ideological and political",the essence of ideological and political education is "incorporating morality in class".In order to give full play to the role of physical education in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,ideological and political education should be infiltrated and ideological and political education and teaching practice should be penetrated.Combining activities,the article comprehensively applies statistical analysis methods,questionnaire surveys and literature data methods to carry out research,focusing on analyzing the actual situation of colleges and universities in the current stage of infiltration of ideological and political education in physical education,and on this basis,conduct in-depth exploration and summary.The main content and characteristics of the integration of moral education and physical education,and corresponding strategies for the integration and development of ideological and political education and college physical education,and the following conclusions are drawn:According to the concept of "curriculum ideological and political",the essence of ideological and political education is "integrating morality in class".In order to better play the positive role of college physical education in talent training,it is particularly important to strengthen the penetration of ideological and political education in teaching practice activities.This study uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,statistical analysis method and other research methods to carry out systematic analysis and in-depth discussion on the penetration of ideological and political education in college physical education and the actual situation of development,and strive to conduct moral education in college physical education.The content,characteristics and implementation strategies of the penetration were systematically studied and explored,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)In the course of teaching public physical education of Hunan University of Science and Technology,teachers’ ideological and political education objectives are reflected in teaching practice activities,and there is a lack of normalized teaching,especially in the teaching of different sports events,which involves “patriotism”,“a sense of responsibility”,The penetration of ideological and political education such as "work awareness" lacks innovative spirit.(2)The students of Hunan University of Science and Technology have a good overall understanding of the functions of public physical education;however,they have insufficient understanding of the specific content and value functions of "Ideological and Political Education",but they have insufficient understanding of the "Relationship between Public Physical Education and Ideological and Political Education".And its perception of the functional value of its own growth,and the overall performance is good.The overall standard and reasonable degree of the curriculum is low,and it is far from promoting and improving the overall level of physical health of the contemporary college students and realizing the realistic needs of physical education.(3)The basic principles of ideological and political education in college physical education mainly include the principle of subjectivity,the principle of applicability,and the principle of difference.The principle of subjectivity is the penetration and integration of ideological and political education in college physical education.The main body of "physical education" and "ideological and political education" is "learning";the principle of applicability is that college education conducts knowledge and skills in physical education teachers.In the process of teaching and guidance,it is necessary to reasonably set the ideological and political education goals and related content in physical education according to the age characteristics,cognitive level and acceptance ability of college students;the principle of difference is that each student as an independent individual has passed the college entrance examination system.The screening of people,gathered in the same place,has certain differences in physical development and psychological characteristics.(4)To realize the path of ideological and political education in college physical education through curriculum design,it must first be integrated with the top-level design of college physical education,and serve the realization of the goal of "cultivating morality and cultivating people" in college physical education;secondly in the integration of curriculum content,Adopt a variety of educational models to integrate the content of
