| The development level of Zhili plays a key role in student growth,but also an important connotation of sound personality,and primary school is the key period for students to form a good will and quality.Therefore,this study by exploring the influence of sports on primary school willpower,explore the effect of long-distance running on primary school willpower on different dimensions,to enrich the sports intervention of youth will quality,promote the physical quality and will quality to the direction of positive development,at the same time improve the development of its personality.This paper takes "improvement of personality,temper will","sports training","physical education teaching",students ’ "physical and mental health" as the theoretical basis,and designs the principle of middle and long-distance running sports experiment courses.By selecting the two classes in the fourth grade of Xiangtan Torch Primary School,the difference test before the experiment to ensure that the two classes were homogeneous.The experimental class conducts middle and long distance running and routine physical education teaching in control classes.Collect data from experimental classes and willpower before and after the experiment to test the impact of this middle-distance running experiment on the dimensions of willpower of primary school students.The study found that 1.sorts out and analyzes the connotation of "sound personality",and concludes that the improvement of the will is conducive to the sound development of the personality,but also in line with the characteristics of the personality development of primary school students;2.The total score of willpower in the experimental class increased significantly after experiment [(107.2 ± 3.960)vs(114.77 ± 3.059),t =-7.750,P <0.01],and the experimental class in tenacity,front and post measurement of self-control dimension(P <0.05),while there is no significant difference in the score of willpower consciousness,independence and decisive dimension(P> 0.05);3.The score of willpower in the control class was improved in the previous and posterior test results,but none showed obvious significant differences,and the data before and after the experiment changed greatly.Research conclusion: Through the 4-month long-distance running,the willpower of primary school students,including the tenacity and self-control,and no significant improvement on the dimension of willpower consciousness,independence and determination. |
