In recent years,the society is developing rapidly,science and technology are constantly progressing,the pace of educational reform is getting faster and faster,with the continuous changes in the new situation,college student clubs and club activities have also entered a period of rapid development.College student associations play an increasingly prominent role in student growth and student personality shaping.It can be said that college and university clubs are an effective platform for comprehensively expanding the quality of students,an important carrier for developing students’ innovative ability,providing students with a channel to develop interests and strengths,and providing an effective way for students to exercise their practical and communication skills.Through these years of efforts,the building of community organizations in our country has entered the fast lane of all-round development,but there are some deficiencies and some places need to be improved in the aspect of effectively exerting the ideological and political education function in mass organizations,which need to learn from the basic experience of mass organizations in colleges and universities in other countries.This thesis takes the activities of Japanese university associations as the research object,analyzes the contents of Ideological and political education contained in the activities of Japanese university associations,and excavates the characteristics of Ideological and political education in the activities of Japanese university associations.Therefore,it is considered that the ideological and political education contained in the activities of Japanese university associations also includes indoctrination education,but this indoctrination is not a hard input "indoctrination",but a soft implantable "indoctrination",Its essence is to make students feel less "educated".How to give full play to the implicit educational function of Ideological and political education,how to skillfully combine community activities with the content of Ideological and political education,and how to prevent students from feeling "educated" in the process of Ideological and political education are worthy of our study and reference.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part,the introduction to the first chapter,mainly introduces the background and significance of the thesis,focuses on the research progress of relevant issues at home and abroad,clarifies the research content and research methods of the thesis,and puts forward the possible innovation points and deficiencies in the thesis.The second part,the second chapter,is the theoretical basis of ideological and political education in the activities of Japanese universities and colleges.From the perspective of Both Japan and abroad,the theoretical sources of ideological and political education in Japanese university club activities are clarified.The third part namely chapter 3 and chapter 4,in chapter two,first of all,to clarify the concept of the Japanese club activities,this thesis introduces the development history of Japan society of basic types and community activities,emphatically discusses the Japanese university club activities in the main content of ideological and political education,emphasizes the Japanese university club activities is to have the function of the ideological and political education.The fourth part is the fifth chapter,the characteristics of the process of Ideological and political education in the activities of mass organizations in Japanese Colleges and universities.In this chapter,it focuses on the fact that the activities of mass organizations in Japanese Colleges and universities are a process of implicit acceptance of Ideological and political education,and the educational influence is continuous,consistent and long-term,which is a subtle way.The fifth part,the sixth chapter,the activities of Japanese colleges and universities,are a reference to China’s ideological and political education.By combing and analyzing the previous content,we try to find innovative practices in ideological and political education in the activities of Japanese colleges and universities,and summarize their reference significance for China’s ideological and political education from the successful experience of Japanese college and university club activities,that is,to innovate the methods of ideological and political education in China’s colleges and universities,strengthen the coordinated development of ideological and political education in China’s colleges and universities,and improve the internationalization and openness of ideological and political education in China’s colleges and universities.
