As a game activity promoted by kindergartens,Anji Play respects the characteristics of children’s game,lets them choose play materials freely,give children the right to freely choose game materials,organize game activities and create game scenes,all of which encourage children to devote themselves to the game and develop their learning quality to different degrees.Therefore,By observing the status of learning quality development of senior class children in Anji Play in a Kindergarten in Xining City,this paper conducts data analysis on the observed learning quality development,summarizes the characteristics and influencing factors of learning quality development,then puts forward effective education suggestions.As a Kindergarten in Xining city is in the pilot stage of Anji play development,and has obtained good educational effects with children’s love,accompanying high level of learning quality development,this paper selects a Kindergarten in Xining City as the research object,and randomly selects 165 senior class children as the observation object.It uses observation method and interview method to explore the development status of children’s learning quality in Anji play.Based on the eight evaluation dimensions in the evaluation table of learning quality observation compiled by Professor Feng Xiaoxia,it makes observations and records in combination with the score standard of the evaluation table.It uses SPSS26.0 to analyze the collected data,so as to obtain the development status of the eight-dimension learning quality of senior class children in Anji play.According to the analysis of the obtained data,it finds that it has the following characteristics: Firstly,the development of Anji play can promote the children’s learning quality;secondly,regional differences lead to the inconsistent development of learning quality in different regions;third,the insufficient teacher’s understanding of Anji play;in view of the above characteristics of influencing factors analysis,it summarizes the direct factors and indirect factors.Based on the characteristics and influencing factors of learning quality development of senior class children in Anji play,it puts forward educational suggestions from kindergarten,teachers and parents.The kindergarten pays attention to creating an appropriate game environment and providing rich game materials before developing Anji play.Teachers should carry out training on learning quality and give children appropriate game guidance;strengthen teachers’ ability to observe children;improve their evaluation ability of early childhood development;while families should focus on mobilize family strength and realize home co-education of learning quality development.This paper focuses on the theoretical and practical research on the cultivation of children’s learning quality in Anji play,hoping to bring inspiration and thinking to the development of related cultivation of children’s learning quality. |
