| Research purposes: With the continuous and rapid development of various handball events in my country’s professional arenas and universities,middle and primary schools,it has become the primary task to cultivate high-level professional athletes and popularize and consolidate the development of handball events at the grassroots level.The hard power of the winger position has become a necessary development trend.Through the three-dimensional camera test system and APAS software,this paper uses kinematic analysis and comparative analysis to analyze the kinematics of the joint angles of different levels of handball left wingers in different stages of the shooting action at the winger position,and analyze the kinematic characteristics of the winger’s shooting action.To study the differences between them,to provide in-depth explanations for standardizing the movements of athletes and strengthening the coordination of upper and lower limbs,and to provide theoretical basis for coaches’ teaching.Corresponding conclusions are drawn,using the experimental data and referring to the experimental video,to formulate different training plans for athletes of different levels,so as to teach students according to their aptitude.Research method: This article selects the three-step jumping master shot for analysis.By using the kinematics experimental instrument,using the literature method,experimental method,data analysis method and comparative analysis method,the opponent’s left winger’s three-step jumping and shooting technical action is taken as the research object.,carry out analysis and use kinematics instruments,select 2 handball special players and 2 non-handball special players as experimental objects,capture the shooting movements of 4 athletes through multi-camera cameras to obtain experimental videos,and use American APAS software for digital management,Digital smoothing and data collection are used to accurately obtain the kinematic parameters of the handball left winger’s three-step jumping and shooting process.Combined with theories of sports human science,sports biomechanics and sports training,it is analyzed to explore the special shooting action of the left winger in handball.Some influencing factors of,provide theory and guidance for the special training of handball winger players through experimental data,and this article can provide a corresponding scientific basis for handball coaches to guide training.The analysis conclusions are as follows:1.The three-step length and stride length of the left winger’s three-step jump-up and the last three-step approach stage can easily affect the initial speed of the shot,thereby affecting the speed and speed loss during the kick-off stage,reducing the second step.Extending and reducing the time for the first and second steps is a favorable performance.2.Good ability to stay in the air,which helps the handball winger to avoid the goalkeeper’s block when he shoots.During the three-step approach,put the torso and center of gravity on the left side,close to the 6-meter line and the goal area,to lay the foundation for the subsequent kick-off stage and air-shot stage.Appropriately reducing the time for the three-step run-up after catching the ball will help the athlete to grab the offensive shooting position at the fastest speed in a short period of time,thereby increasing the attacking range of the shooting and improving the shooting goal rate.3.The kick-off stage,as the central axis stage of the handball winger’s shot,plays the role of linking up and down,carrying the speed brought by the three-step run-up after catching the ball,and transmitting the reaction force to the ground to all parts of the body through sufficient kicking and stretching.For joints and muscles,the larger the value of each joint angle of the lower limbs,the better the effect of triple stretching of the hip,knee and ankle joints,which can improve the sports performance and explosive power of athletes,and help to bring better airtime.4.A relatively standard shooting action can help athletes stabilize their body shape when they are shooting with a three-step jump shot,try their best to stretch each joint,increase the take-off height,and prolong the airtime;The upper body strength exercises help the muscles to recruit more strength in the process of stretching to contraction before the handball shot and at the moment of the handball shot,and improve the shooting speed;strengthen the training of core muscles and improve the stability of the body,and increase the rotation angle of the hip joint to stabilize the body shape,thereby improving the efficiency of shooting goals.5.The three-step jump shot from the left winger position in handball requires the coordination of the upper and lower limbs.Good acceleration after catching the ball can bring a good initial speed and lay the foundation for the second stage of kick-off;Drive the lower limbs to perform better
