32nd Olympic Games Men’s Basketball Top 8 Front-court Out-of-bounds Play Characteristics Study

With the continuous development of modern basketball,basketball competition is becoming more and more fierce,the study of basketball tactics is constantly refined,and the foul ball tactics are also developing and changing,which is more and more valued in the game.A clever throw-in can even help a team win a game,whereas an ill-prepared or ill-conceived throw-in can end a game at a crucial moment.Olympics represents the highest level of basketball basketball in the world,this study on the 32 nd session of Olympic Games eight teams attacking throw-in tactical characteristics analysis,summed up the high level basketball team in the game at the throw-in tactical use of characteristic,to enrich our frontcourt throw-in tactical training system to provide reference and theoretical support.This paper takes the characteristics of the front court foul ball tactics of the top eight men’s Basketball teams in the 32 nd Olympic Games as the research object,through the methods of literature,expert interview,video analysis and mathematical statistics,based on expert interview opinions.My Video Analyser basketball video analysis software is used to intercept the video clips of all the front court foul balls in 25 games of the top eight teams in the 2008 Olympic Games,and study the front court and end line foul balls respectively.The main conclusions are as follows:1.In terms of the categories of the use of front-court sideline foul ball tactics: The top eight men’s Basketball teams in the 32 nd Olympic Games mainly used Box in their regular time,and the effect was the best;In special moments,the tactics of Box position and 1-3position are mainly used,and Box position tactic is better.2.In terms of the specific composition of the forward sideline throw-in tactics: The top eight teams mainly combine two tactical units,and the conventional time "Down screen +Pick＆Roll" and "Down screen + Dribble hand-off" are used the most and have the best effect.Special moments "Down Screen + Double Screen" are used the most and work best.3.In terms of the categories of foul balls used on the front field end line: The top eight teams are dominated by 1-3 and Stack,1-3 in regular time is the most frequently used,and Stack in special time is the most frequently used,and Stack is the most effective in regular time and critical moment.4.In terms of the specific composition of the forward end line throw-in tactics: The top eight teams mainly use a coordination unit.The coordination unit of "Screen the screener" and "Dribble Hand-off" is the most used and has the best effect in conventional time.In special moments,"Away screen" and "Down screen" combined units are most used and have the best effect.
