Study On Business Environment Optimization Of Wuhan Commercial Fitness Club

In recent years,with the improvement of people’s material living standards and the rise of national fitness to the national strategic level,the sports industry has become more and more important in the social economy.As an important part of fitness and leisure industry in sports industry,commercial fitness club can not only meet the needs of people’s physical and mental health,but also play an important role in promoting employment and improving economy.At present,most commercial fitness clubs in Wuhan have meager operating profits,limited space for survival and development,and the government pays insufficient attention to their survival and development.Good business environment as an important support for economic and social development,more and more countries and enterprises and other aspects of attention.For commercial fitness club,a good business environment can be a good survival and development environment for commercial fitness club business,to solve the problems of capital,talent,market competition and so on.Therefore,optimizing the business environment of commercial fitness clubs and creating a good space for the survival and development of commercial fitness clubs are the practical needs and practical significance of Wuhan’s economic development.This paper adopts comprehensive research methods such as literature analysis,field survey,expert interview and case analysis,and takes the business environment of Wuhan Commercial Fitness Club as the research object.First of all,through the Wuhan City to promote the development of commercial fitness club in policy support,public service,market supervision,financial support,personnel training in five aspects of the relevant measures are analyzed.The study finds that the business environment of commercial fitness clubs in Wuhan has problems such as weak policy operability,poor public service effect,single supervision method,insufficient financial support,and insufficient personnel training.Through field surveys and expert interviews,it is found that there are many demands such as consumption guidance,optimization of consumption environment,sports land,cross-industry cooperation,government-enterprise communication,industry norms,industry association supervision,implementation of star rating,support of benchmark clubs,investment and financing support,tax incentives,qualification certification of employees,and school-enterprise cooperation.At the same time,drawing on the experience and practice of Jiangsu Province,Hangzhou City,Shanghai Municipal Government to promote the development of commercial fitness club to optimize its business environment,and finally put forward the Wuhan City commercial fitness club business environment optimization countermeasures.It includes:strengthening policy operability,improving the level of public services,promoting joint supervision,increasing financial support,strengthening human resources development and other suggestions to jointly create a good business environment for commercial fitness clubs in Wuhan.
