| As the carrier of campus “second classroom”,student associations play an irreplaceable role in educating people.Student associations can supplement the deficiency of classroom teaching procedures,and carry out a series of characteristic activities based on students’ specialties,interests and hobbies.As the main body of association participation,students have the most right to say about the quality and problems of the association.Therefore,from the perspective of students,the goal is to build student satisfaction and conducive to the growth of students.Based on the perspective of students,on the basis of external management and security,give play to the main role of students,stimulate the internal power of self-organization of the association,improve the learning harvest of students,make the association better serve the growth of students,and give play to the main role of students.This article analyzes and combs the relevant domestic research,and conducts an in-depth investigation and analysis of the current situation of the construction of student associations in S College.Studies have found that due to the neglect of the competent authorities,the development time of the associations is relatively short.Based on the actual situation of the school,the specific attribution of the problem is carried out,mainly from the three aspects of education policy,school management,and student participation.At the same time,it puts forward specific countermeasures on how to promote the orderly and healthy development of student associations in higher vocational colleges,closely centering on the “people-oriented” development concept and professional skills talent training goals,starting from the three main bodies of education authorities,schools,and students,and giving full play to the members of the associations.To improve the ability of self-education,self-service and self-management of society members.In view of the current situation of the development of student associations in higher vocational colleges,it is proposed to build student satisfaction associations,to give full play to the subjectivity of association members,to create a democratic,lively and positive atmosphere for the development of associations,and to give play to the education function of associations. |
