| This research analyzes the physical fitness of high-level aerobics athletes in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province,and conducts an in-depth study on the factors that affect the physical fitness of high-level aerobics athletes in Shaanxi Province to optimize their physical health and improve their physical fitness.The basic purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for the selection and daily training of aerobics athletes in colleges and universities.At the same time,the quantitative results of the physical fitness level of high-level athletes can also be used as one of the references for selecting outstanding aerobics athletes in colleges and universities.The research uses literature data method,expert interview method,testing method,mathematical statistics method,and logical analysis method to measure and statistically analyze the physical fitness of 47 high-level aerobics athletes from three universities in Shaanxi Province and determine the physical fitness.Influencing factors.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Determine the 5 first-level,9second-level and 15 third-level test indicators based on the combination of general physical fitness and specific physical fitness of athletes.(2)The analysis of the physical fitness test of high-level aerobics athletes in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province before and after 12 weeks of daily training shows that the physical fitness of athletes is showing an upward trend,especially in terms of strength,endurance,and flexibility.However,speed and sensitivity are improved.Has not changed much.(3)Through the analytic hierarchy process,the influencing factors of athletes’ physical fitness can be divided into six aspects according to their importance,which are dietary habits,living habits,professional training,daily physical exercise,psychological factors and environmental factors.Using weight comparison to scientifically rank the weights of the six aspects,it is found that the highest weights in all aspects are the three-meal rule and meal balance,the length of sleep and the regularity of work and rest,the professionalism of the coaches and the importance of the special physical fitness,and the exercise process.Whether the five physical fitness is balanced development,self-restraint ability to resist unhealthy behaviors and self-regulation ability of negative emotions,family support of athletes,and medical care in schools and surrounding areas.According to the research conclusions,corresponding suggestions are put forward:(1)High-level aerobics athletes in Shaanxi colleges and universities should develop good diet,living habits and daily physical exercise habits;(2)The physical fitness training of high-level aerobics athletes in Shaanxi colleges and universities should be the same as special events.Combining techniques,focusing on the training of the five qualities of strength,speed,endurance,flexibility and agility;reasonably plan the training cycle and the intensity of each training,carry out a targeted training plan,and ensure a reasonable training plan and training regularity.(3)Aerobics coaches should pay attention to the improvement of their professional qualities,and continuously improve their training level and knowledge structure,so that the improvement of the physical fitness of high-level aerobics athletes is more instructive and cutting-edge.(4)The families of high-level aerobics athletes should provide strong support to the athletes in terms of economy,energy and time;establish correct educational concepts;create a good family atmosphere for sports activities;(5)improve the school and surrounding medical conditions and medical protection;Create a good campus sports and health culture;offer courses and lectures on health and public health,etc. |
