Teacher’s motivational evaluation language is crucial to students’ learning and healthy development of body and mind.Under the background that the new curriculum reform put forward further requirements for teachers’ evaluation terms.I use the methods of questionnaire survey,grop interview,case study and so on to makes a detailed investigation and study on the actual effect of teachers’ motivational evaluation language in middle schools.On this basis,I mentioned the connotation of Teachers’ Incentive Evaluation Terms,types,basic requirements,basic functions,and analyzes the problems existing in current teacher evaluation terms and reveals the causes of the problems.Finally,the papers puts forward the strategy of optimizing teacher’s motivation evaluation language.For example,the school management has incorporated teacher incentive evaluation language into the evaluation mechanisam,and take different ways of use according to different types of teacher incentive evaluation language.
