| Throughout China’s education market,online education has attracted the most attention in recent years.Drived by the epidemic "black swan",supported by Internet technology,artificial intelligence,big data and other technologies,as well as the timely guidance of national policies,the online education market shows a trend of rapid development.Even though online education is widely popular with capital,became the network about car,long after the video track each big Internet companies the main competitive positions,but investors choose investment targets in players of track,how to determine the appropriate enterprise value evaluation method reasonable valuations,is one who has a practical significance to the research question.This paper first clear the basic concept of online education industry,summarizes the characteristics of online education different from traditional enterprises,and sorts out its profit model,and then based on the above analysis and comparison of different evaluation methods to evaluate the applicability of the online education enterprise,finally choose CVBC model of customer value as the core,to model some of the deficiencies,improve the relevant parameters.The diffusion model considering the change of marketing level is introduced to predict the scale of future customers,the measurement method of customer profit contribution is improved,the cost of acquiring new customers is approximately replaced by marketing expense,and the collection of corporate cash flow is improved.The revised CVBC model is used to evaluate the value of the listed online education enterprises to verify the feasibility of the model.The exploration of online education enterprise value evaluation in this paper has enriched the theoretical research of online education enterprise value to some extent.The results of practical case analysis also show that the revised CVBC model can evaluate a reasonable enterprise value.The accuracy of the model evaluation has passed the test,but it can still be improved. |
