Analysis On Employment Effect Of Insurance Industry In Hunan Province

For the sake of the rapid growth of the Chinese economy,China’s industrial has been experienced the dramatic reforming.Amongst of the three major industries(the Industrial,Service,Agriculture industries),the concentrating labor force has been gradually shifted from agriculture industry to the service.From the year 2000 to 2019,the proportion of labor in service industry has largely increased from 17% to 40%.Insurance industry is one of the subdivisions of the current service industry,which has been making the great contribution by providing jobs and promoting employment development.To be more specified,the insurance industry in Hunan Province has been developed rapidly as well,which gives us the great significance to learn on the employment effect of the insurance industry in the Hunan Province,in order to understand the essence of the insurance industry reshaping.For the better understanding of the employment effect of the Insurance inudstry,the structure would be presented in the following:The first and foremost,through analyzing the relevant theories of the employment effect of the insurance industry and the influence mechanism of the insurance industry on employment;Moreover,expounding the correlation between the insurance industry,economy and employment;Secondly,sorting out the development process and current situation of economy,insurance industry and employment in Hunan Province from 2000 to 2019;Thirdly,This thesis would analyze the direct employment effect of the insurance industry,the mechanism would be by using the elasticity coefficient,multiple linear regression model and other tools;The fourth,analyzing the indirect employment effect of insurance industry in the Hunan Province without intermediate variables;on the other hand,it analyzes the indirect employment effect of insurance industry development with economic growth in Hunan Province as the intermediary variable.Based on the above analysis,this thesis concludes the insurance industry in Hunan Province has a strong direct impact on the employment effect,and the development of the insurance industry in Hunan Province significantly promotes the growth of its employees;Furthermore,the insurance industry in Hunan Province has a certain level of the indirect employment influence.However,the absence of intermediate has a very limited impact level on the overall employment;After joining the intermediary effect test,the employment effect of the insurance industry on the overall employment presents a complete intermediary effect,which shows that the insurance industry in the Hunan can drive the economic development through its own development,so as to drive the overall employment growth of Hunan Province.For the empirical results,the future employment absorption effect of the insurance industry is very significant,but the development of the insurance industry in Hunan Province is relatively late,and from the perspective of the insurance fees,depth and density,the development of the insurance industry in Hunan Province has not reached the national average level,In terms of import and export aspects,we should play a good role in promoting liquidity and risk dispersion,and strive to improve the development level of Hunan insurance industry.
