Outdoor sports is an important part of children’s sports,which can effectively promote children’s physical and mental health development.This study selected "outdoor sunshine sports activities" carried out in Y Garden as the case study,adopted the qualitative research paradigm,and used methods such as literature analysis,interview,observation and questionnaire survey to comprehensively analyze the outdoor sports activities in a township garden.In order to put forward a set of more in line with the scientific parenting thought,in accordance with the reality of the township,has the promotion value of outdoor sports program of the township kindergarten and put forward suggestions,get enlightenment.Studies have shown that Y garden of "outdoor sunshine sports" contains "activities"(purpose,content,method)"activity subject"(children,teachers),security(policies,resources)three systems seven aspects,the elements of their interdependence,mutual coordination and overall promote Y garden "outdoor sunshine sports".The characteristics and values of this activity are: 1.Adhere to the educational concept of "children’s autonomy";2.2.Adhering to the sports goal of "sunshine independence";3.Focus on "multiple integration" activities;4.Form a flexible and flexible activity process.The difficulties and shortcomings are as follows: 1.Sunshine sports activities in kindergartens are not included in the overall planning scope of "Sunshine Sports" by the Ministry of Education,so they are not guaranteed accordingly;2.The value orientation of promoting "sunshine sports" in schools does not completely fit with the interests and needs of children.2.The "outdoor sunshine sports" independently designed by Y Park has some problems,such as not obvious local characteristics,imperfect organization and management,insufficient teachers,and single game guidance of teachers.The factors that influence this activity include external factors(policy orientation,social support,economic development,etc.)and internal factors(principal concept,teacher quality,children’s interest,environment setting,equipment delivery,etc.).For this proposal: 1.The national macroscopic aspects should be followed in kindergarten to carry out the sunlight sports value orientation,scientific evaluation ways,is there a difference to the kindergarten outdoor sports into the school with "sunshine sports" plan as a whole,give corresponding policy support,financial support and professional guidance,guarantee the sustainable development.2.From the micro aspect,Y Park should further optimize the content and structure of outdoor sunshine sports activities,highlight local characteristics,encourage teachers to strengthen the study of sports professional knowledge and game guidance ability,and at the same time,increase publicity and promote this activity in the same category of kindergartens.The beneficial enlightenment obtained is: 1.Good policy is like "invisible hand",promoting the development of township preschool education.Education funds in towns and townships are insufficient,but under the guidance of good ideas and reasonable investment,barren land can blossom into brilliant flowers.3.The students in the government-funded normal university have good moral quality and professional quality,and good teachers bring vitality and hope to the township preschool education.
