| Since the reform and opening up,the scale of China’s education industry has continued to expand,the education system and methods have been gradually improved,and with the spread of higher education,people’s educational needs have diversified.During the 10 th Five-Year Plan of our country,an educational pattern centered on public schools,with a focus on collaborative development of public and non-governmental colleges,was basically formed.Non-governmental colleges are an important carrier of college education and are non-profit organizations.Non-governmental colleges are also an important part of higher education.They have the attributes of non-profit and public organizations.They also play an important role in the training of high-level talents in our country.the C non-governmental college was founded by a public university,invested by a company,and approved by the Ministry of Education,and is an interdisciplinary,comprehensive and highly applied private college.As the number of non-governmental colleges continues to grow,the C non-governmental college have an increasing number of competitors,internal controls are becoming more complex,and higher requirements and standards are also put forward for administrative staff.However,the C non-governmental college administrative staffs are currently facing issues such as monotonous business operations,limited promotion space,and low wages but high pressures.All of this makes it easy for administrative staffs in this series to fall into their dilemma.This will affect the quality,efficiency and future development of the C non-governmental college’s management,Therefore,in order to improve the management level of the C non-governmental college and maintain the stability of the administrative team,improve the overall quality and professional awareness of the administrative staff,and promote the professionalization and specialization of the administrative staff,it is particularly important for the career management of the administrative staff.Based on the above problems,this thesis investigates the current state of career management of managers at the C non-governmental college through questionnaire surveys and detailed interviews,and analyzes and considers sample data obtained from the questionnaire surveys.How to combine qualitative analysis of interviews by stimulating employee enthusiasm and ultimately improving the C non-governmental college career management strategies,the C non-governmental college talent can be reasonably allocated.The research results are expected to serve as a theoretical reference for universities of the same type.A supplementary discussion useful for the university education industry. |
