New Urbanization Level In Hebei Province Comprehensive Evaluation And Prediction

New-type urbanization is the inevitable trend of China’s social and economic development and the only way to modernization.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the pace of China’s new urbanization with characteristics has become more and more firm.In the key Tasks of New Urbanization and Integrated Urban-rural Development in 2021,it is clearly pointed out that new urbanization should continue to be promoted,urban-rural integration should be taken as a key task,the carrying capacity of the city circle and metropolitan circle should be improved,the integrated development mechanism of urban agglomerations should be improved,and the implementation plan of the 14 th Five-Year Plan for the coordinated development of The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should be formulated.The urbanization level of Hebei province is growing steadily in recent years,but it is still lower than the national level.The research on the level of new-type urbanization in Hebei province is helpful to understand the status of urbanization development in Hebei Province,and at the same time provides reference and experience for the urbanization construction in other regions.This paper about the new connotation of urbanization,indexes and evaluation methods such as literature,according to the situation of the development of Hebei province building includes population urbanization,infrastructure and public service,ecological environment,economic development and urban and rural integration of six aspects in Hebei province comprehensive evaluation index system of new type of urbanization level.Secondly,all the index are collected for empirical analysis.From the municipal level of Hebei Province,according to the data of 11 prefecture-level cities in 2019,entropy method and hierarchical clustering method are used to conduct comprehensive evaluation,so as to understand the regional development of urbanization in Hebei Province.From the perspective of Hebei province,the new urbanization data of Hebei province from 2006 to 2019 are comprehensively evaluated by using entropy method.Based on the urbanization rate of Hebei province from 2006 to 2020,the gray model is established to predict the urbanization rate from 2021 to 2025,so as to understand the urbanization level and development trend of Hebei province in recent years.Based on the results of empirical analysis,come to the conclusion that the newtype urbanization level of Hebei is rising year by year,the development of area is lopsided,and ecological governance level is low.Finally,on the grounds of the conclusion which have been drawn,throw out suggestions on integrated urban-rural and ecological environment maintenance.
