| Based on constructivism learning theory and pragmatism education theory,this study adopts case study method to study the influence of project teaching method on students’ thinking ability of secondary vocational tourism curriculum.This paper chooses Guangzhou Tourism Business Vocational School as a case study,conducts field interviews with the students of four majors and two grades in the department of Tourism and Culture of the school,and obtains the influence relationship between the teaching method of secondary vocational tourism curriculum and students’ thinking ability through sorting out and analyzing the interview data.Through literature review,the author extracted and mined the measurement index of the concept of project-based teaching(including target,plan,organization,activity,resource and achievement).At the same time,based on the review and sorting of relevant literature,the author subdivides thinking ability into six sub-abilities:memory ability,analysis ability,comprehensive ability,understanding ability,application ability and evaluation ability,and designs the interview outline on this basis.Lay the foundation for case investigation.Based on theoretical research and case analysis,this study draws the following conclusions: Project-based teaching method has a certain positive impact on students’ thinking ability,mainly including: the teaching concept of "learning by doing" has a positive impact on students’ memory ability and understanding ability;The subdivision of "project-task-step" has positive influence on students’ analytical ability and comprehensive ability.Problem scenario creation has positive influence on students’ application ability;Diversified evaluation methods have positive influence on students’ evaluation ability.At the same time,this study expands and extends the constructivism learning theory and the pragmatism education theory,which provides a reference for the application of project-based teaching method in practical teaching.Based on the conclusions and suggestions of this study,it also plays a certain reference role for the classroom teaching of secondary vocational tourism courses and the cultivation of thinking ability of secondary vocational tourism students. |
