Music art as the carrier of beauty,in the field of kindergarten through the form of curriculum activities to convey the information of beauty to individuals,so that the individual aesthetic experience continues to enrich,the quality of life continues to improve,and then to become a perfect person to lay a solid foundation.From the perspective of humanities,kindergarten music education is the education to promote the improvement of individual life quality,so kindergarten music curriculum is the process of the improvement of individual life quality.however,in reality,the kindergarten curriculum idea is referred to "help children find life fulcrum","based on children","with the modern education concept and traditional culture modern and healthy children a beautiful mind",embodied in young children,for the notion of value subject words and sentences,but teachers of music curriculum decision-making show the utilitarianism and instrumentalism value orientation deviation,Means that the teacher to the kindergarten music course as a value object can meet the needs of value subject selection and tend to be insufficient understanding,this involves the kindergarten teachers when doing music curriculum decision-making of the existence of the relationship between the value orientation of the unity of knowledge and practice,only to be clear,to improve the quality of kindergarten music courses,realize its value goal.Therefore,this study tries to explore the value orientation of kindergarten teachers’ music curriculum decision-making,and on this basis,the current situation of relevant concepts and practices are investigated,and some enlightenment is obtained by analyzing the existing problems.This paper first interprets the conceptual basis of value orientation of kindergarten teachers’ music curriculum decision making,then looks for relevant theoretical basis,and constructs the value orientation of this study based on value theory,multicultural curriculum theory,multiple intelligence theory and aesthetic experience theory.The paper puts forward the theoretical composition of the unity of the value orientation of individual comprehensive development and music aesthetic value orientation,the unity of international value orientation and local value orientation,as well as the unity of individual value orientation and social value orientation in kindergarten teachers’ music curriculum decision-making.The present situation of value orientation of teachers’ music curriculum decision making is described by interviewing method and object analysis method.The research objects are a city-level kindergarten and a kindergarten with music characteristics.A total of 10 teachers are interviewed and text data such as music curriculum plan,excellent music curriculum plan and reflection of large,middle and small classes are collected.The investigation found that in the unification of comprehensive value orientation and music aesthetic value orientation,the concept level shows the value orientation of individual comprehensive development,light music aesthetic value orientation,while the practice level shows the value orientation of music aesthetic value,light individual comprehensive development value orientation,showing the current situation of different knowledge and practice;In terms of the unification of international value orientation and local value orientation,both the concept level and the practice level show the status of emphasizing local value orientation and neglecting international value orientation,showing the status of knowing and doing the same direction.In terms of the unification of individual value orientation and social value orientation,the concept level shows the emphasis on individual value orientation and the light of social value orientation,while the practice level shows the emphasis on social value orientation and the light of individual value orientation,presenting the status quo of different knowledge and practice.The problem of the present situation lies in the misunderstanding of the value orientation of individual comprehensive development of kindergarten music curriculum decision-making and the insufficiency of the aesthetic value orientation of music.The local value orientation is not enough and the world value orientation is wrong.There are misunderstandings in social value orientation and inadequate reflection of individual value orientation.The reasons for the problems lie in the fact that the value of teachers’ self-initiative covers the value of life growth of kindergarten music curriculum,the power of decisionmaking mechanism restricts teachers’ self-development,and the formalization of teaching and research activities leads to the inconsistency of knowledge and practice.Therefore,this study draws the enlightenment of kindergarten teachers’ music curriculum decision-making: take " grow together with life" as the curriculum goal;Selecting the content of the course with the methodology of openness and dialogue;Taking the music course integrated by multiple intelligence as the course organization form;In such a kindergarten music course,the quality of children’s life can be improved by taking value diversity and process orientation as the curriculum evaluation standard. |
