Research On Performance Evaluation Of Vocational Education Public Training Base Projects ——Taking X Public Training Base As An Example

With the adjustment and upgrading of China’s industrial structure,high-skilled talents are increasingly in short supply,so it is urgent to promote the development of vocational education in China.As a service platform for cultivating vocational skills and optimizing regional industrial structure,the vocational education public training base has problems such as emphasis on construction but not on operation,and emphasis on input but not on output,which have aroused the attention of all walks of life.So,it is necessary to carry out the scientific,reasonable and systematic performance evaluation of the project.Based on the research background and research significance of the performance evaluation of public training base,this paper reviews the research actuality in related fields.Through the collation of relevant research results,it is found that there are many problems with this field,such as the lack of vocational education characteristics,imperfect index system and formalized application of evaluation results.To address these problems,this paper combines the characteristics of vocational education to construct a performance evaluation system.This system includes four aspects: financial status: school conditions,scientific and educational output and social welfare.By using Analytic Hierarchy Process,Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation and case analysis,the constructed performance evaluation system is applied to X public training base to verify the practicality of the evaluation system.Finally,according to the evaluation results,improvement measures are proposed from the aspects of improving fund management level,improving resource utilization efficiency,promoting the integration of industry-university-research,and leveraging the functional advantages of the platform,so as to provide decision-making reference for promoting the development of vocational education.This paper constructs the performance evaluation index system of public training base project,which enriches the theoretical research in the field of vocational education performance evaluation.And it has certain application value to promote the sustainable and healthy operation of public training base and better meet the demand of enterprises for high-skilled talents in the process of supply-side reform.
